Higgsfield vs Novoads: Raw Clips or Finished UGC Ads
Higgsfield renders clips you still have to edit. Novoads ships ads with voice, lip-sync and captions. Models, Spanish accents and cost, compared.

Higgsfield raised $138 million, is valued at $1.3 billion, and has 15+ AI models. We're a small team. But when we tried Higgsfield to produce ads in Spanish, we realized something: having lots of models doesn't solve the problem of making an ad that sounds local.
This is an honest comparison. There are things Higgsfield does better than us. But if what you need is to produce UGC ads in Spanish, the difference matters.
What each platform is
Higgsfield is an AI video model aggregator. Founded by Alex Mashrabov (ex-Head of Generative AI at Snap) in 2023, it gives you access to Kling 3.0, Sora 2, Veo 3, WAN, Minimax, and others under one subscription. You can create anything: artistic clips, product videos, cinematic content. It's a Swiss army knife.
Novoads is the opposite: a tool built for one job. We created the platform to solve a specific problem we had as advertisers working in Spanish. We needed UGC videos with actors who spoke Chilean, Mexican, or Castilian Spanish, and nothing did it well. Today we have 4 models (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Fabric) and a workflow that goes from script to publishable video without leaving the platform.
Higgsfield gives you models. We give you a finished ad.

The models: does having 15+ matter?
When we tried Higgsfield, we ended up using 3 out of 15 models: Kling, Sora 2, and Veo 3. The rest weren't useful for producing ads. WAN gives inconsistent results. Minimax has decent quality but users on Trustpilot report queue times of 10-20 minutes. Soul V2 is Higgsfield's own model, but the quality doesn't compete with Kling or Sora.
We chose 4 models, each for a specific job:
| Model | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Kling 3.0 Pro | Daily production. Consistent, fast, affordable (3-15 seconds) |
| Veo 3.1 | Videos with built-in sound, no need to add audio afterwards |
| Seedance 2.0 | Generate video from product image + reference clip + audio, all at once |
| Fabric | Talking avatars with real lip-sync |
Are we missing models? Yes. If you want to try WAN, Minimax, or Higgsfield's own model, we don't have them. That's a real limitation. But for producing ads, our 4 cover everything.

Pricing: what you actually pay
Both platforms use credits, and since September 2026 they are the same unit: one Novoads credit is one Higgsfield credit. We re-based our meter to theirs on purpose, so you no longer have to convert between two scales to see which clip is cheaper. You compare the credit counts directly, and the question that is left is what each platform hands back for them.
Higgsfield
| Plan | Price | Credits | Resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50/mo | 720p, watermark |
| Creator | $29/mo | 500 | 1080p |
| Studio | $199/mo | 5,000 | 1080p + API |
The issue is that cost per video varies wildly. A Kling video uses ~6 credits. Sora 2 uses 40-70. So the Creator plan's 500 credits give you between 7 and 83 videos. The gap is huge and it's hard to predict your monthly spend.
Another thing: several Trustpilot users report unexpected charges and difficulty canceling subscriptions. Not everyone's experience, but worth knowing.
Novoads
Novoads starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month). Plus is $49/month (1,000 credits), and Ultra starts at $129/month (3,000 credits) for more volume. All plans are published on novoads.ai/pricing, and you pay the plan's price from the first charge.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (entry) | $15/mo | 200 | 1080p |
| Plus | $49/mo | 1,000 | 1080p |
| Ultra | $129/mo | 3,000 | 1080p |
Our cost per clip, in those same credits:
- Seedance 2.0 Mini: 5 credits for a five-second 720p clip, about 25 cents
- Kling v3 Pro: 6 credits for 3 seconds, 30 credits for 15 seconds
- Google Veo 3.1: 72 credits for a fixed eight-second 1080p clip with audio, about $3.53
So the cheapest paid door of the two is now ours, at $15 a month against Higgsfield's $29 Creator plan, and Plus carries 1,000 credits where Creator carries 500. What the credits produce is still the real difference: a Novoads render comes out with voice, avatar and captions, ready to upload to Meta or TikTok. No editing needed.
Higgsfield (Creator, $29/mo):
- Higgsfield's Kling: ~6 credits → ~$0.35
- Higgsfield's Sora 2: ~50 credits → ~$2.90
Novoads (Plus rate, $49/mo for 1,000 credits):
- Kling v3 Pro: 20 credits → about 98 cents
Higgsfield is still cheaper for a raw clip, and now that a credit means the same thing on both sides you can see exactly by how much. But their video is just that: a video. You still need to add audio, edit it, add subtitles, and adapt it for your ad platform. With Novoads that's all included, and the paid door is $15 a month rather than $29.
The question is whether your bottleneck is video cost or post-production time. If you produce 50 videos a month and have an editor, Higgsfield is cheaper. If you're a team of 1-3 and need to publish fast, the time savings matter more. Read more about video ad production costs.
When to choose Higgsfield
- You create varied visual content, not just ads
- Your audience speaks English and you don't need specific accents
- You want to experiment with many models before deciding
- You want to start at zero cost: their free plan gives 50 monthly credits at 720p with a watermark
- You have your own editing team or post-production workflow
When to choose Novoads
- Your ads are in Spanish and need to sound local (Castilian, Mexican, Chilean, Colombian)
- You produce UGC ads where someone talks to camera
- You want to go from script to publishable video without external tools
- You need talking avatars with cloned voice and natural lip-sync
- You sell on Meta, TikTok, or your own storefront
Does your ad need someone speaking to camera in Spanish with a specific accent? Novoads. Do you need an 8-second cinematic clip of your product with camera movement? Higgsfield.
Our verdict
Higgsfield is a bigger platform with more models, and it still owns the only zero-cost way in: a free plan with 50 monthly credits at 720p and a watermark. What it no longer owns is the cheaper paid door. Novoads starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month), against Higgsfield's $29 Creator plan. If you produce content in English or need creative flexibility, it's still hard not to recommend Higgsfield.
But we built Novoads because Higgsfield (and every other platform) didn't solve our problem: producing ads in Spanish that sound real, with local accents, without bouncing between 3 different tools to get a publishable video.
If your audience speaks Spanish, whether in Madrid, Mexico City, or Santiago, and you need to create video ads without a camera, that's what we do best.
| Scenario | Better choice |
|---|---|
| UGC ads in Spanish for Meta/TikTok | Novoads |
| Product videos for global e-commerce | Higgsfield |
| Spanish content with local accents | Novoads |
| Creative exploration across many models | Higgsfield |
| High-volume avatar production | Novoads |
| Lowest paid monthly price | Novoads |
| Zero budget, watermarked clips | Higgsfield |
| Maximum cinematic control (camera, lenses) | Higgsfield |
Many teams end up using both. Higgsfield to try new models and create visual product content. Novoads for the weekly production of UGC ads that need voice, avatar, and ad format.

Does Higgsfield support Spanish with regional accents?
It supports multiple languages but doesn't differentiate between Spanish accents. If you need an avatar speaking Castilian, Mexican, or Chilean Spanish, Novoads is the only platform with 7 real accents (Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela). Higgsfield only has generic Spanish.
How much does a video actually cost on Higgsfield vs Novoads?
It depends on the model. On Higgsfield, a Kling video costs ~6 credits but Sora 2 runs 40-70 credits. Their $29/month Creator plan (500 credits) gives you between 7 and 83 videos. On Novoads the credits are now the same unit: since September 2026 one Novoads credit is one Higgsfield credit, so the counts compare directly. Novoads starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month). Plus is $49/month (1,000 credits). A five-second Seedance 2.0 Mini clip costs 5 credits, about 25 cents, and an eight-second Google Veo 3.1 clip with audio costs 72 credits, about $3.53. Fewer raw clips per dollar than Higgsfield, but each Novoads ad comes with voice, avatar, and ready to publish.
Can I create UGC ads with Higgsfield?
They have a UGC Builder, but it's a secondary tool inside a generalist platform. We built Novoads specifically for this: you write a script, pick an AI actor with the accent you need, and get a video ready for Meta or TikTok. No editing required after.
Which platform has better video models?
Higgsfield has more (15+). We have 4: Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, and Fabric. We chose them because they cover everything you need for ad production. If you want to experiment with WAN or Minimax, Higgsfield is the better choice.
