DeeVid AI Review: 20 Free Credits, Clip Costs and Ratings
DeeVid's pricing FAQ promises 20 free credits at sign-up. We priced its clips from its own config, read its refund terms and dated every rating we could find.

Twenty credits, a watermark and ratings that moved
DeeVid AI is an all-in-one generator for video, images, avatars, voice and music, and you pay for it with credits. It's run by ALWAYS RISING PTE. LTD., a company with a Singapore address. Its pricing FAQ says new users get 20 free credits when they register, which DeeVid puts at about four videos. The same FAQ says videos made by free users carry a watermark.
Most of the pages that rank beside DeeVid's own are about whether you can trust it, and the ratings they quote are out of date. Piclumen's review, dated July 24, 2026, still reports a Trustpilot score of 1.5 from 196 reviews. Trustpilot now shows 3.4 from 836 reviews.
We didn't make a DeeVid account. Instead, we built this review from DeeVid's own pages, the public config its generator reads and its public ratings. We read all of them on October 30, 2026, from a connection in Spain, where DeeVid shows its prices in US dollars. The Novoads side comes from our own price list and a real render we ran ourselves.
For ad makers, DeeVid's credits are cheap on yearly billing. But the generator's default clip uses 40 of them, free users' videos carry a watermark, and DeeVid's terms make payments final.
What DeeVid offers ad makers
DeeVid calls itself an "All-in-one AI director," and its plain generator makes clips from text or images. Every plan card lists "Image & Text-to-Video," but most of what DeeVid offers an advertiser is on two pages, its AI Ad page and its Viral Clone page.
Four ad tools and a template library
DeeVid's AI Ad page lists four tools, and each one carried a Beta tag when we read it.
- Product Video turns a product image into a video.
- AI Fashion, in DeeVid's words, can "fit any product anywhere," for try-ons and product showcases.
- Product Avatar makes an avatar that interacts with your product, starting from one image.
- URL to Video builds an ad from a link or from your own files.
The same page offers ready-made ad templates. In DeeVid's words, you can "choose from a library of conversion-optimized templates: UGC-style, testimonials, explainers, launches, sales, and more." If you make UGC-style ads, that's the part of DeeVid we'd try first.
Avatars and the 15-second remake
DeeVid's avatar page says its "AI avatars can speak in 8+ languages with native-like pronunciation and a wide range of tones and accents." If you sell in more than one market, that's a real draw, though we haven't heard the voices ourselves.
Its Viral Clone page has a tool called Ad Reshoot, pitched as a way to "remake any Ad videos into a fresh 15s variant." The same page lists tools for changing the scene, replacing a product, removing elements and translating a video's voice with lip sync. They're built for making variations of an ad you already have.
Which models you get, and which you can't count on
When we opened DeeVid's video generator without an account, it was set to a model DeeVid calls Master V4.0, for a five-second widescreen clip at 720p. DeeVid doesn't say which engine runs Master 4.0, and we didn't find a DeeVid page that does.
The home page shows a strip of model names, including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling and Nano Banana Pro. DeeVid's Google Play listing, last updated on October 16, 2026, says the app turns images and text into video "with Seedance 2.0 & Kling AI." But DeeVid's public config had Google's Veo switched off when we read it, so a model's name in that strip doesn't mean you can pick it. Don't buy DeeVid for one particular outside model until you've seen it in the generator's menu.
If you're comparing tools that run many models behind one login, we've reviewed Pollo AI and OpenArt the same way.

Is DeeVid free? Twenty credits and a watermark
DeeVid lets you start without paying, but the allowance is small, and it comes with conditions you should know about before you build anything on it.
What the 20 credits buy
Under "Can I try before subscribing?", DeeVid's pricing FAQ says "New users get 20 free credits upon registration (approximately 4 videos). This is enough to experience our core features before choosing a suitable paid plan." Its plan cards use the same rate, 5 credits a video.
By DeeVid's own config, that's also the lowest price for any clip, and it buys five seconds of Quality 4.0 at 480p. The Master 4.0 clip the generator opened on costs 40 credits. That's twice what a new account gets, so the sign-up credits won't pay for even one clip at the generator's starting settings.
We didn't make an account, so we haven't seen the 20 credits arrive. We're reporting the number as DeeVid states it.
Watermarks and the "free" banner
The FAQ is clear about watermarks. It says "Free users' generated videos have watermarks. After upgrading to membership, generated videos have no watermarks." So a clip you make with the sign-up credits will carry DeeVid's mark.
DeeVid showed us two versions of its pricing page. One of them opens with a banner that reads "365-Day Unlimited Generation" and "100% free to create with popular AI image & video models." The banner appears next to the paid plans' Unlimited Generation rows, and the only free allowance the page mentions is the 20 credits. So we read the banner as an ad for the paid plans.
A review on ecommerceparadise, one of the pages ranking for this search, lists "Personal use only (no commercial rights)" for DeeVid's free output. We found no such line on the DeeVid pages we read. DeeVid's FAQ says "you can use AI-generated videos for commercial purposes, including advertising, social media marketing, and promotional content," and its paid plan cards list "Full Commercial Use." Neither line mentions free users, and we're not ruling on it either way.
The app is a separate deal
The 20 credits come from DeeVid's web pricing FAQ, and nothing we read extends them to its mobile app. An undated teardown of the app on ScreensDesign reports that new users start on a "Free Trial" plan "with zero credits" and run into an "Insufficient points" paywall. DeeVid's own pricing page also includes wording for a trial and a daily trial reward, though we weren't shown either.
The 20-credit line isn't new. It was already in the FAQ on September 8, 2025, when the Internet Archive saved a copy. In an earlier copy, from June 13, 2025, the FAQ only said DeeVid offered a free trial. We've looked at sign-up allowances the same way for Higgsfield and for image-to-video tools you can start on without paying.
DeeVid's plans and credits on the web
Prices as of October 30, 2026, shown to us from Spain in US dollars. DeeVid's pricing page opens on yearly billing, with each monthly price struck through beside the yearly one.
Lite, Pro and Premium
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Credits a month | Video output |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 a month | $10 a month ($120 a year) | 200 | 720p |
| Pro | $35 a month | $25 a month ($300 a year) | 600 | 1080p |
| Premium | $159 a month | $119 a month ($1,428 a year) | 3,000 | 1080p |
Premium's credit count comes from the version of the page the Internet Archive saved on October 22, 2026, and DeeVid showed us that same version on October 30. Every paid card lists private creation, no watermarks and full commercial use.
Two versions of the page, and maybe a different price for you
DeeVid showed us two versions of its pricing page on the same day, and it runs tests there, so you may see a different Lite price or offer. Shotkit's review, last updated April 20, 2026, says Lite "starts at $7 per month." We didn't see that price on either version, and none of the eight Internet Archive copies we checked, saved between May and October 2026, shows it.
Credit packs and Unlimited Generation
You can buy extra credit packs on Lite and above. DeeVid says pack credits are "valid for one year from the date of purchase," can't be refunded or exchanged, and become unavailable after your plan expires. We couldn't see the pack prices without an account.
DeeVid's pricing page also describes Unlimited Generation, which it says lets you "create with eligible models without using personal Credits." The policy ties it to an active eligible subscription. It says each plan card shows the eligible models and quality settings, and that they may vary by plan and billing period. In each cycle, your first 10 Unlimited tasks run on the fast queue. From the 11th on, requests go into a shared queue, and DeeVid adds that Unlimited "does not guarantee unlimited speed, parallel tasks, or priority processing."
Only one of the two versions we saw listed Unlimited Generation on its plan cards, so check the card you're about to buy before you count on it.
The app's plans are separate
DeeVid's mobile app has its own plans, and they don't match the ones on the web. A two-star Google Play review from November 14, 2025, describes a "Lite-Weekly Subscription" with 50 credits a week. Keep the app's prices separate from the web prices above.
What one clip costs on DeeVid, and on Novoads
DeeVid doesn't publish a per-model price list. The only place we found a credit price per clip is the public config its generator reads, so the credit figures in this section come from that config as we read it on October 30, 2026.
DeeVid's credits for a five-second clip
| DeeVid model | 480p | 720p | 1080p |
|---|---|---|---|
| Master 4.0 | 20 credits | 40 credits | 80 credits |
| Quality 4.0 | 5 credits | 10 credits | No row in the config |
Lite tops out at 720p, so the 1080p column only applies to Pro and Premium. The model names are DeeVid's own, and it doesn't say what runs either of them.
One DeeVid clip on Lite and on Pro
A credit's price depends on the plan and the billing, so we divide each price by its credits first, then multiply by the clip's credits.
| DeeVid plan | Price per credit | Master 4.0 at 720p (40 credits) | Master 4.0 at 1080p (80 credits) | Quality 4.0 at 480p (5 credits) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite, monthly | $14 / 200 = 7 cents | $2.80 | Not on Lite | 35 cents |
| Lite, yearly | $120 / 2,400 = 5 cents | $2.00 | Not on Lite | 25 cents |
| Pro, monthly | $35 / 600 = about 5.8 cents | about $2.33 | about $4.67 | about 29 cents |
| Pro, yearly | $300 / 7,200 = about 4.2 cents | about $1.67 | about $3.33 | about 21 cents |
So the clip DeeVid's generator opened on costs $2.80 on monthly Lite. Lite's 200 credits buy five of those a month.
Our five-second clips, priced the same way
You pay for Novoads from the first month. Starter is $15 a month for 200 credits. Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits. Divide each price by its credits and you get 7.5 cents and 4.9 cents a credit. The table uses the credit prices from our own price list.
| Novoads model, 5 seconds | Credits | On Starter (7.5 cents a credit) | On Plus (4.9 cents a credit) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.0 Mini, 720p | 5 | about 38 cents | about 25 cents |
| Kling v3 Pro | 10 | 75 cents | 49 cents |
| Seedance 2.0, 720p | 23 | about $1.73 | about $1.13 |
| Seedance 2.5, 720p | 35 | about $2.63 | about $1.72 |
| Seedance 2.5, 1080p | 60 | $4.50 | $2.94 |
The last row is a real run of ours. We gave Seedance 2.5 a one-line prompt about a woman in a bright kitchen showing a small glass serum bottle to the camera, and it rendered a five-second vertical clip at 1080p. The run finished on September 21, 2026, and cost 60 credits. For more on the model, we've written up what Seedance 2.5 is.
Our run in Novoads · Seedance 2.5 at 1080p, 9:16, five seconds from a one-line kitchen serum prompt · 60 credits · finished 2026-09-21 after 8 minutes 38 seconds
Where DeeVid is cheaper, and where it isn't
We think DeeVid comes out ahead in three places.
- Its credits are cheaper on yearly billing. Yearly Lite works out to 5 cents a credit, against 7.5 cents on our Starter. Yearly Pro is about 4.2 cents a credit, against 4.9 cents on Plus.
- Its cheapest clip costs less, too. DeeVid's five-credit Quality 4.0 clip costs 25 cents on yearly Lite. Our cheapest five-second clip, Seedance 2.0 Mini, is about 38 cents on Starter. On Plus it's about 25 cents, level with DeeVid's. But DeeVid's cheapest clip is 480p, and ours is 720p. At 720p, DeeVid's Quality 4.0 clip takes 10 credits. That's 50 cents on yearly Lite.
- It has Unlimited Generation on some plans, and no Novoads plan offers that. Every Novoads plan comes with a fixed number of credits a month.
Where DeeVid costs more is its default clip. Master 4.0 at 720p takes 40 credits. On monthly Lite, that's $2.80. Our Seedance 2.0 clip at 720p takes 23 credits. That's about $1.73 on Starter and about $1.13 on Plus. These are different models, and DeeVid doesn't name the engine behind Master 4.0, so read this as a price comparison only. For five-second clip prices across more tools, see our list of Krea alternatives.
Can you run a DeeVid video as an ad?
If you're paying for ads, this is the question that matters most, and DeeVid answers it in its own words in two places.
What the plan cards and the FAQ say
Every paid DeeVid plan card lists "Private Creation," "No Watermarks" and "Full Commercial Use." The FAQ goes further. It says "Yes, you can use AI-generated videos for commercial purposes, including advertising, social media marketing, and promotional content. Please review our terms of service for specific guidelines."
What the terms add
DeeVid's terms say "all rights, ownership, and interest in generated content belong to the user." They also say "You are responsible for verifying potential copyright risks before using generated content, especially for commercial purposes." We've quoted both lines as written, and we're not adding a reading of our own.
Who runs DeeVid, and how canceling and refunds work
None of DeeVid's legal pages is dated, and its terms say updated terms "take effect immediately upon posting," so everything in this section reflects what we read on October 30, 2026.
The company behind it
DeeVid's contact page says "DeeVid is a brand of ALWAYS RISING PTE. LTD." The developer details on its Google Play listing give the company an address at One Raffles Place in Singapore, and DeeVid's terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Support says it typically answers emails within two business days.
Canceling and renewal
All DeeVid plans renew automatically. The terms say your plan renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends, and that you can cancel at any time from your account management page. According to DeeVid's FAQ, once you cancel, the plan stops at the end of the cycle, and you can keep using your remaining credits until they expire.
Refunds, in DeeVid's words
DeeVid's refund rules are strict, so we've kept its own wording in this list.
- "All payments for subscriptions, credit purchases, or other paid features are final."
- On yearly plans, "annual subscriptions do not support mid-term refunds, prorated refunds, or conversion to a monthly plan."
- For consumers in the EU or the UK, the terms grant a 14-day right of withdrawal, then say that once you generate any content, "you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal."
- For consumers in Brazil, the terms give a 7-day "cooling-off" period.
- DeeVid considers refunds for "Platform technical failures causing complete Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours" and for "Obvious system billing errors (such as duplicate charges)."
- It says it will "review and respond within 14 business days of receipt."
The pricing page adds that credit packs can't be refunded or exchanged at all.
Is DeeVid legit? What each rating says
We don't give DeeVid a safety verdict. Each rating in this section is dated, and they don't all point the same way.
Trustpilot, then and now
| Trustpilot, read October 30, 2026 | DeeVid |
|---|---|
| TrustScore | 3.4 (the star image is labelled 3.5) |
| Reviews | 836, with 811 in the last 12 months |
| Five-star | 34% |
| Four-star | 19% |
| Three-star | 12% |
| Two-star | 7% |
| One-star | 28% |
Trustpilot also notes that DeeVid has no recent history of asking for reviews, and that it has replied to 0% of its negative reviews. DeeVid claimed the profile in July 2025.
Piclumen's review, dated July 24, 2026, reported 1.5 from 196 reviews. Since then, the number of reviews has more than quadrupled and the score has more than doubled. Piclumen sells its own generator, and so does hix.ai, another reviewer that ranks for this search.
Google Play, the App Store and ScamAdviser
On Google Play, DeeVid's Android app showed 4.0 from 3.05K reviews. The listing counts 500K+ downloads and was last updated on October 16, 2026.
DeeVid's site links to an iPhone app on the App Store, but the listing wasn't found when we checked on October 30, 2026. DeeVid's FAQ still says a membership works on its iOS and Android apps.
ScamAdviser's page calls deevid.ai "Very Likely Safe" and concludes that it "is very likely not a scam but legit and reliable." The same page lists "This website has received mainly negative reviews" among its negatives. When we read it, the page said it had last been updated a month earlier.
What we couldn't see
A Reddit thread that ranks for this search asks whether deevid.ai is legit, but it was walled off when we tried to read it, so we can't tell you what it says. A Facebook group post about DeeVid's trust score shows only a cut-off line to anyone who isn't logged in. We couldn't see G2 or Capterra either.
DeeVid's three user counts
DeeVid's own pages give three different user counts. Its home page claims "30M+ Creators." Its pricing page says it's "Trusted by over 3 million creative professionals, marketers, and designers." Its contact page says DeeVid is "loved by over 5 million users."
What reviewers praise and complain about
The praise we read was short and recent.
- A five-star Trustpilot review from October 30, 2026, sums DeeVid up as "8 out of 10 times gets what I need."
- A four-star Trustpilot review from October 28, 2026, says "High quality videos, a few minor hiccups but overall very happy."
The complaints were about likeness and credits.
- A one-star Trustpilot review from October 29, 2026, says "the video looked Nothing like me."
- A one-star Google Play review from January 31, 2026, says that when a generation fails, the credits don't come back, for free and paying users alike.
- A two-star Google Play review from November 14, 2025, is about the app's weekly plan. It says the plan's weekly credits cover "only 5 videos, 10 seconds each."
The Google Play reviews are about the app's plans, which differ from the web plans in this review.
Who DeeVid suits, and how it compares with Novoads
Where DeeVid makes sense
We think DeeVid makes sense for you in three cases.
- You'll pay yearly and want lots of cheap test clips, since its cheapest clip costs 25 cents on yearly Lite.
- An Unlimited Generation plan fits how you work, as long as the card you buy lists the models you need.
- You want ad templates, avatars in several languages and a remake tool in one place, and DeeVid has all three.
Where you'd look elsewhere
We'd look elsewhere in three other cases.
- You need to know which model made your clip, because DeeVid doesn't say what runs Master 4.0.
- You might need a refund, since DeeVid's terms make payments final, and in the EU and the UK, generating anything waives your right of withdrawal.
- You mostly edit footage rather than generate it. An editor such as VEED fits that job better, and we've broken down VEED's pricing.
For tools you can start on without paying, see our list of the best free AI video generators.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does DeeVid AI cost a month?
DeeVid showed us its prices in US dollars when we read them from Spain on October 30, 2026. Lite was $14 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly, and it includes 200 credits a month. Is DeeVid AI free?
You can start without paying, but the allowance is small. DeeVid's pricing FAQ says new users get 20 free credits when they register, which it puts at about four videos. It also says free users' videos carry a watermark. By DeeVid's own config, the clip its generator opened on costs 40 credits, so the sign-up credits don't cover even one of those. We didn't make an account, so we haven't seen the credits arrive. And a teardown of DeeVid's mobile app reports that new app users start with zero credits.
