Omneky Review: What $29 Lite Makes and Which Plan Unlocks Avatars

Omneky's Lite plan costs $29 a month, but its UGC avatars and commercials start on Standard at $99. We work out what one Omneky ad costs in dollars, read its terms on ownership and renewal, and look at its ratings, all as of October 30, 2026.

Omneky's avatar ads start one plan up

Omneky is an AI ad platform that writes and builds ads from your product and brand, then launches them on Meta if you want it to. It makes static image ads, short product videos, commercials built in scenes and UGC-style avatar videos. Lite, the entry plan, costs $29 a month for 200 credits and covers the image ads and the short cinematic videos. Omneky's pricing page says commercials, UGC Avatar, clone and long-form avatar video unlock on Standard, which costs $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly.

You'll still see an avatar on Lite. Omneky's April 2026 release notes say it creates a starter avatar automatically during a new user's onboarding. But the pricing table marks UGC Avatar as not included on Lite, so if avatars or commercials are why you're looking at Omneky, test it on Standard.

We don't have an Omneky account, and we didn't open one for this review. Everything here about Omneky comes from its pricing page, product pages, help center, terms and public ratings, all read on October 30, 2026, from a connection in Spain. Omneky's pricing page says its prices are in US dollars. On the Novoads side, we used our own price list and one render we made ourselves.

What Omneky makes

Image ads in a dozen or more sizes

Image ads are on every Omneky plan. Its image-ad page lists 14 aspect ratios, from square and portrait to vertical and wide. For each size, you get one to three variants from the same concept.

The pricing page gives a different count. Its Lite card says image ads come in 12 ratios, and Omneky's clone page gives cloned images the same 12. We can't tell from the pages which count is current, so we'd plan on 12 and treat anything more as a bonus.

Each image ad comes in 1K or 4K, and the larger size costs twice as many credits. If you want to check Omneky's ratios against your placements, our static ads guide lists the sizes each platform asks for.

Short videos and commercials built in scenes

The pricing page says short cinematic videos are on every plan. Omneky's video page also describes product animation, which gives a still image "a slow push-in, a turn, or a light sweep" for six seconds. The help center, though, lists the same product animation as an 8-second clip with sound, so the two pages disagree on length.

Commercials are the bigger job. Omneky builds every commercial in three scenes (a hook, the product and a close), written from your product and cut for the feed. You set the length on a slider, from 10 to 30 seconds. The default is 12 seconds.

Commercials come in landscape and vertical, plus square at Pro quality. Each one has either an avatar on screen or a voiceover, and afterward you can rewrite the voiceover line, swap the music or resize the cut. Omneky's two video quality levels are called Pro and Standard, the same names as two of its plans, so read "Pro quality" as a setting on the video. Commercials themselves are on the Standard plan and above.

Avatars, voices and cloned ads

Omneky's UGC Avatar puts a person on screen holding your product and saying your line. You can write the line yourself or pick one Omneky writes from your product and brand. The voice library has voices in 30 languages, and Multi-Avatar Video supports English, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German and French. You can also record or upload about 20 seconds of your own voice and use it in the ad.

Clone works from an ad you already have. You can clone a video or an image you upload, or one of your own Omneky ads. In a cloned video, the shots and the pacing stay the same, and your product goes in, along with an avatar if you pick one. A cloned image keeps the reference's layout and style and builds it around your product.

UGC Avatar, clone and long-form avatar video are all on Standard and above. Our Creatify review covers another avatar ad tool.

How Omneky picks models and launches ads

Eight image models and no menu to choose one

Omneky's model page, last updated on September 24, 2026, names the eight image models that run inside Omneky.

  • GPT Image 2.5 Flare
  • GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst
  • GPT Image 2
  • Nano Banana Pro
  • Grok Imagine 2.0
  • Nano Banana 2
  • Muse Image
  • Seedream 5 Pro

You don't pick among them. The same page says "That's why Omneky has no model dropdown," and adds that Omneky makes the call for you and makes it again each time a new model comes out. None of the Omneky pages we read name the video or avatar models behind its clips.

Five of the eight are also in Novoads, where you choose the model yourself. They're GPT Image 2.5 Flare, GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro and Seedream 5 Pro. We've written about Nano Banana Pro for ad creative and the two GPT Image 2.5 versions in their own posts.

We think choosing the model yourself helps when you're testing ads. If the model stays the same, a change in results points to your hook or your offer. A tool that swaps models for you can change the look between two rounds of the same test.

Omneky's own benchmark

Omneky backs its choice of models with Taste Bench, a benchmark it runs on itself and on chat apps. The Taste Bench page was last updated on October 8, 2026. The benchmark's test set has 52 ad requests across four brands. In all, 364 ads were scored.

By Omneky's count, 60% of its own ads were ready to run, against 13% for the best ChatGPT setup it tested, GPT-6 Astra at medium reasoning. By the same count, its most common failure, at 40%, involved the safe zone. The page says three anonymous judges hold every app, Omneky included, to the same bar.

It's Omneky's own benchmark, run by Omneky with judges it chose, so we treat the results as Omneky's claim about itself. Our piece on AI creative scoring goes into what a machine score can and can't see.

Ad Launcher and the Meta account Omneky runs

Once you've made an ad, Omneky's Ad Launcher sends it to your own ad account or to one Omneky runs for you. On Meta, the second route means Omneky runs the campaign and you pay the ad budget plus Omneky's fee up front. Campaigns on Omneky's account can aim for Traffic or Awareness, with a daily budget of $10 to $500. Each campaign lasts 7 to 90 days.

For Sales or Leads campaigns, you connect your own ad account. The Meta page doesn't say how big Omneky's fee is. Omneky's pricing page also says you can use Omneky inside Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot and Slack.

Novoads doesn't launch, place or buy ads for you. It makes the ad, and you run it yourself. Our comparison of automated content creation tools looks at what other ad tools automate.

Credits are shared across brands. In Omneky's words, "Every brand on the account draws on the same pool." Enterprise adds custom limits, committed pricing and a dedicated success manager, plus training, creative services, media buying and AI trained on your own first-party data.

On the pricing page, Lite's card lists image ads, short cinematic videos, the Agent and Automations, and Insights with Drilldown View.

What you need Standard for

Omneky says the same thing in several places. The Lite card on its pricing page ends with "Commercials, UGC Avatar, clone, and long-form avatar video unlock on Standard." The comparison table marks UGC Avatar as not included on Lite and included on every plan above it. The FAQ lists what isn't on Lite and adds that short cinematic videos are on every plan. Omneky's homepage and its Spanish and German pricing pages repeat the line.

So "unlocks on Standard" means Standard, Pro and Enterprise. The cheapest way into Omneky's avatar ads is Standard billed yearly, at $79 a month.

How the plans have changed since September

The Internet Archive has a copy of the pricing page from September 25, 2026, with the same three prices and different allowances.

  • Pro came with 4,000 credits a month, where today's page lists 3,000.
  • Seats were 2 on Lite, 6 on Standard and 10 on Pro. Today they're 1, 3 and 5.
  • Standard already listed "Avatar Video Creation", and a copy from June 16, 2026, shows the same, so avatars on Standard aren't new.
  • Long-form video with storyboards was a Pro line in September. Today the pricing page puts long-form avatar video on Standard and above.
  • In September, Standard listed "Storyboards & Clone Video" and Pro added "Clone Video & Replace Character". Today, clone video and clone image are on Standard and above.

What one Omneky ad costs

Credit costs as of October 30, 2026.

What a credit costs on each plan

Omneky prices every job in credits, so what an ad costs in dollars depends on what you paid for each credit. Each figure in the table is the plan's price divided by its credits. On Lite, that's $29 over 200 credits.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearly
Lite, 200 credits14.5 cents a credit12 cents a credit
Standard, 1,000 credits9.9 cents a credit7.9 cents a credit
Pro, 3,000 credits8.3 cents a creditabout 6.6 cents a credit

Top-ups cost 10 cents a credit. Omneky sells packs of 100 to 1,000 credits. You can also buy any amount, starting at 10 credits. Top-up credits never expire, and Omneky spends them only after your monthly credits run out.

Image ads, commercials and avatar videos in dollars

What you makeCreditsOn LiteOn StandardOn Standard billed yearly

Commercial, up to 15 seconds30Standard and up$2.97$2.37
Commercial, 16 to 30 seconds60Standard and up$5.94$4.74

Each cell is the job's credits times that plan's price per credit.

  • A 1K image ad on Lite is 5 credits at 14.5 cents, or 72.5 cents.
  • A commercial of up to 15 seconds on Standard is 30 credits at 9.9 cents, or $2.97.
  • An avatar video with a product on Standard is 20 credits at 9.9 cents, or $1.98.

Omneky's own example matches this math. It says "Standard's 1,000 credits a month make about 200 1K image ads, 50 avatar videos with a product, or 33 short commercials up to 15 seconds."

The rest of the credit table prices smaller jobs.

  • Upscale to 4K, 10 credits
  • Resize, 10 credits for each output, or 20 at premium
  • Product animation, 10 credits
  • Clone video, 5 credits a second
  • Video edit, 2 credits a second
  • Connecting an ad account, no credits

The table doesn't say which plan each job needs. Omneky's help center also gives different numbers for some of these jobs. It lists an image edit or upscale at 5 credits, and a long-form avatar scripted video at 75, a job the pricing table doesn't price. The pricing page itself warns that "Costs can change as the models behind them change," and says the app shows the cost of each generation before you make it. Check that number before you lean on ours.

The same jobs in Novoads

Static image ads are the main job on Omneky's Lite, so the strip below shows the same kind of ad made in Novoads. It's a single Nano Banana Pro generation from October 20, 2026. That run produced four ads in the 4:5 portrait size, each with the headline set in the image. The set cost 8 credits, about 60 cents on our Starter plan.

Four 4:5 static ads of a lit amber candle jar with a wooden lid, lavender and a linen towel on a limestone bath ledge, under the headline Light it. Slow down. Four candle-jar statics, 4:5 at 2K, from a single Nano Banana Pro run in Novoads that cost 8 credits for the set, rendered 2026-10-20

Our Starter plan costs $15 a month for 200 credits, and there's no yearly option. That works out to 7.5 cents a credit. Plus costs $49 a month for 1,000 credits. That's 4.9 cents a credit.

Static images cost less in Novoads. On Omneky's Lite, a 1K image ad comes to about 73 cents. A Nano Banana Pro image in Novoads costs 15 cents on our Starter plan. Our entry plan costs less, too, at $15 a month for Starter. Omneky's Lite is $29 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly.

For short clips, it depends on the model. A 15-second commercial on Omneky's Standard costs $2.97. In Novoads, a Kling v3 Pro clip of the same length costs $2.25 on Starter and $1.47 on Plus. A Seedance 2.0 Mini clip costs about $1.13 on Starter. Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 clips cost more than Omneky's commercial, at $5.10 and about $7.88 on Starter. On Plus they come to about $3.33 and about $5.15, still more than Omneky's commercial on Standard.

Avatar videos cost far less on Omneky, if you count per video. Omneky charges 15 credits for an avatar video, which works out to about $1.49 on Standard. With a product in hand, it's 20 credits, or $1.98. A Novoads talking actor costs 200 credits for each started minute at 720p. That's $15.00 on Starter, or $9.80 on Plus. Omneky doesn't say how long its avatar videos run, so per video is the only fair way to compare them.

None of this is apples to apples. An Omneky commercial comes with a script, scenes and a voice or an avatar, while a Novoads price covers one clip or one image. We priced one ad the same way in our AdCreative.ai review and our Predis.ai review. Our pricing page lists every Novoads plan and what it buys.

Who owns an Omneky ad

Two ownership clauses in Omneky's terms

Omneky's terms, last updated on August 27, 2025, have two sections that deal with who owns what you make. The section on AI tools counts what you put in and what the AI makes as your materials. It says "as between you and Company, you own all right, title, and interest in and to any Input and Output, to the extent protectable under applicable law."

The section on work product says "Omneky shall own all right, title, and interest in and to all work product, including advertisements and creatives, created by or through the Services." It then gives you, once you've paid your fees in full and on time, "a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, during the Term, to use the Work Product solely for Customer's own advertising campaigns."

The two sections read differently, and we won't guess how they fit together. If you need to own your ads outright, ask Omneky in writing which one covers them before you build a library there.

Omneky's right to use your ads in its marketing

A third section, on marketing and promotional use, grants Omneky "a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, sublicensable right and license" to use, reproduce, modify, display and distribute your work product and your materials. The license is for "Omneky's marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on its website, in case studies, and in other marketing materials."

Watermarks, exports and what our FAQ says

We found no rule about watermarks on any Omneky page we read, so we can't say whether an export carries one. Omneky's guides page says you can "Export the raw asset directly to your local drive."

Our own FAQ says "All videos generated with Novoads are fully licensed for commercial use." It also says "Everything you create is yours, even after canceling."

Billing, canceling and refunds

When Omneky's trial becomes a paid plan

Omneky's pricing page says "Lite, Standard, and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends." The page doesn't say how many credits come with the trial. If you're only testing, put the end date in your calendar the day you sign up.

You'll need to know which plan you're testing, too. A trial on Lite won't show you avatars or commercials, because Lite doesn't include them.

Canceling and billing questions

Omneky's help center says Settings is where you add users, update cards, buy more credits or cancel plans. It also says only admins can manage billing, so on a team account, an admin has to cancel.

For billing questions, the pricing page asks you to email [email protected] with your account email and your question. The help center says the team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific time.

Refunds, fees and the one-year term

We found no refund policy on Omneky's pricing page, its billing help article or its terms. The only refund the terms mention is in a clause about third-party services, which says Omneky can limit or stop working with them "without entitling you to any refund, credit, or other compensation."

The terms do set a deadline for billing errors. You have to contact Omneky "no later than 60 days after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or problem appeared" to get an adjustment or credit.

They also set an initial term of one year that renews on its own, one year at a time. Either side can stop the renewal with written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. The same terms say a subscription fee is typically billed monthly or annually, and the pricing page offers both.

Besides the subscription, the terms allow for a usage fee and an Ad Spend Fee, which they define as a percentage of the ad spend Omneky manages or tracks. None of the pages we read give that percentage.

What Omneky's users say

Ratings as of October 30, 2026.

Trustpilot's score, then and now

Trustpilot rates Omneky 2.7 from 44 reviews, a score it labels Poor. Half of those reviews are one-star.

  • 5 stars, 29%
  • 4 stars, 2%
  • 3 stars, 14%
  • 2 stars, 5%
  • 1 star, 50%

Omneky claimed its profile in February 2026 and pays for a Trustpilot subscription. Trustpilot says Omneky has replied to half of its negative reviews and typically takes more than a month to do it.

An archived copy of the same page from December 22, 2025, shows an earlier picture. Back then, the score was 2.4 from 8 reviews. Of those, 88% were one-star, and nobody had claimed the profile. Since then, the count has grown from 8 reviews to 44.

We couldn't see Omneky's pages on G2, Capterra or Software Advice, so we don't have a score from any of them. An archived copy of Omneky's Product Hunt page from September 25, 2026, shows no reviews yet. It lists 21 followers.

Complaints about credits, charges and canceling

We read the 22 reviews on the first page. They can't tell you how common a problem is among Omneky's customers, but they do show what the unhappy ones wrote.

  • A three-star review from October 2026 says "Videos are good. But credits go too fast. At the beginning videos were 15-30 credits and suddenly were 160 credits."
  • A one-star review from late October 2026, titled "Scam", says "I paid for this. Never even got a reciept or email. My card keeps being charged."
  • A three-star review, updated in March 2026, says "Very difficult to get any support or get contact with a human, I was charged for a full year despite trying to cancel."
  • A one-star review from March 2026 says "It's difficult to cancel and they are trying to billing me even after 4 months. Be careful."
  • A one-star review from May 2026 opens with "Unfair billing and terrible customer support!" and says the system charged the reviewer after they signed up for a trial period.
  • A one-star review from October 2026 says "Signed up expecting to create ads for my restaurant but the ads were absolutely unusable !"

What the happier reviews praise

  • A five-star review from July 2026 says "The video and image outputs are great quality. They align perfectly with the brand inputs."
  • A five-star review from March 2026 says "Omneky has been a fantastic experience from start to finish."
  • Another five-star review from March 2026 says "Used Omneky for making an Ad for my friend's expense tracking app. It did really good."
  • A three-star review from March 2026 says Omneky "creates ads quick and easy" and adds "it is quite expensive though".
  • A three-star review from April 2026 says credits were spent on a video that didn't generate, "but when it works it gives s great result".

Read together, the reviews praise output quality and speed and complain about credits, charges, canceling and ads that didn't work.

Omneky or Novoads for your next ad

Who Omneky suits

Omneky suits a brand that wants one tool to write an ad, make it and launch it. If you don't have a Meta ad account, Omneky can run Traffic or Awareness campaigns from its own. It's also a good fit for teams that want avatar videos at a low price per video and are happy to be on Standard or above.

It works for agencies juggling several brands, since Standard covers three and Pro covers five, all drawing on a single pool of credits. And it's a good match for anyone who'd rather not choose an image model. If you're comparing it with other AI ad makers, our Quickads review covers another one's plans, limits and ratings.

Where Novoads fits instead

Novoads suits you if you want to choose the model for each ad and pay less for a static image or for some short clips. For images, you pick from Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2.5 Flare, GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, GPT Image 2 and Seedream 5 Pro. For video, you pick from Kling v3 Pro, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.5 and Google Veo 3.1, and our talking actors read the script you write.

You pay for Novoads from the first month, on one of the three plans in the screenshot below. Plus is also available on yearly billing, at $39 a month.

Novoads pricing page on monthly billing, showing the Starter, Plus and Ultra plans with their monthly credits and a Cancel anytime line under each Novoads pricing on monthly billing, three plans with Starter at $15 a month for 200 credits as the entry, captured 2026-10-30

If avatar videos are most of what you make, Omneky's Standard plan costs less per video than our talking actor. If you make statics, or short clips on Kling v3 Pro or Seedance 2.0 Mini, Novoads costs less, and our entry plan is cheaper too.

What to check before Omneky's trial ends

If you try Omneky, we'd check five things before the trial turns into a paid plan.

  • Pick the plan with the feature you came for. Avatars, commercials and clone need Standard or above.
  • Check the credit cost the app shows before each generation, since Omneky says its costs can change.
  • Put the trial's last day in your calendar, because the paid plan starts on its own.
  • Ask Omneky which ownership clause covers your ads, and whether the one-year term applies to your plan.
  • Buy top-ups only when you need them. They never expire, and Omneky spends them after your monthly credits run out.

We'd run the same product photo through Omneky on Standard and through Novoads, then judge the two by the ads you'd actually pay to run.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make UGC avatar ads on Omneky's Lite plan?

No. Omneky's pricing page marks UGC Avatar as not included on Lite, and it says commercials, UGC Avatar, clone and long-form avatar video unlock on Standard. Standard costs $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly, as of October 30, 2026. A new account still gets a starter avatar, though. Omneky's April 2026 release notes say it creates one during onboarding.

Key Takeaways

  • Omneky makes image ads, short product videos, commercials built in scenes and UGC avatar videos. It picks the image model for you, and it can launch your ads on Meta from your own ad account or from one it runs.
  • Lite costs $29 a month for 200 credits. Commercials, UGC Avatar, clone and long-form avatar video unlock on Standard, which costs $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly. Prices as of October 30, 2026.
  • Going by Omneky's credit table, a 1K image ad works out to about 73 cents on Lite. By the same table, a commercial of up to 15 seconds comes to $2.97 on Standard. Novoads costs less for a static image and for some 15-second clips, but more for an avatar video.
  • Omneky's terms, last updated August 27, 2025, have two ownership clauses that read differently. They also give Omneky a license to use your ads in its own marketing, and they set a one-year term that renews on its own. We found no refund policy on the pages we read.
  • Trustpilot rated Omneky 2.7 from 44 reviews on October 30, 2026. Half of those reviews were one-star. The first page of reviews mixes praise for output quality with complaints about credits, charges, canceling and unusable ads.
