Predis AI Review: What Its Credits Buy, 4.4 on Trustpilot
What Predis.ai makes for ads, what one ad costs in credits, how the card-up-front trial and refund rules work, and how it rates on Trustpilot and three app stores, as of October 28, 2026.

A card up front, and no price for one ad
Predis.ai makes UGC videos with AI avatars, product ads from a store link and static ad creatives, all paid for from one monthly balance of credits. What its pricing page doesn't tell you is how many of those credits one ad uses. And every plan opens with a trial that takes your card, which the page says is charged when day 3 ends.
We haven't used Predis.ai ourselves, and we didn't open an account for this review. What we say about it comes from its own pages, its terms and its public ratings, all read on October 28, 2026, from Spain. The Novoads side comes from our own run.
We think Predis.ai suits a brand or agency that wants ads, scheduled posts and a way to watch rivals' ads, all in one tool. It's a weaker fit if you need to know what an ad costs before you make it, or if you might want your money back once the trial is over.
What Predis.ai makes for ads
Predis.ai is built by EZML Technologies, which its facts page says was founded in Pune, India, in 2020. The company lists 25 employees. Its home page sums up the ad-making side in one line: "Make UGC videos and product ads from a prompt, an image, or a product link."
UGC videos with AI avatars
The UGC ad maker asks you for a product URL or an image, an AI creator and a UGC template, and Predis.ai says there's "No brief required." The creators are talking avatars, and the page describes the results as AI avatar videos "where the creator looks and sounds like a person." You add product B-roll, then export. Predis.ai says these UGC ads come in 19+ languages, with voiceovers and lip-sync. Our guide to AI avatar video generators explains how this kind of tool works.
The models it lists
Predis.ai's models page lists eight video models and eight image models, all paid for from "one credit balance." It calls those eight "a start," and you have to sign in to see the full list.
- The video models are Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.5, FLUX 3 Video, Grok Imagine Video 1.5, LTX 2.5 Pro, Runway Aleph 2.0 and Wan 2.7.
- The image models are GPT Image 2.5, Nano Banana Pro, FLUX 3 Image, Seedream 5 Pro, Ideogram 4.5, Grok Imagine Image 2.0, Qwen Image 3 and MAI-Image-2.5.
The home page adds that Predis.ai runs "our own proprietary AI models tuned for advertising" alongside these. Four of the names on that list are models we also sell in Novoads (Google Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.5, Nano Banana Pro and Seedream 5 Pro). For those four, you'd be running the same engine in either tool, so what changes is the price of each render and the steps around it.
Product ads from a store link
For product ads, Predis.ai connects to ten store platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Etsy, eBay, Ecwid, Storenvy, Squarespace and Jumpseller), "and it can read a product page URL from any store." Its product video page says that once you paste a link or connect a store, "Predis.ai reads the listing for you." If you'd rather start from one product photo, we walk through that in how to make product videos with AI. And if you're comparing ad makers, we reviewed Creatify the same way.
Rival ads, scheduling and export
- With Ad Intelligence, you paste a rival brand's link from the Meta Ad Library and track its live ads. Predis.ai says tracking costs "currently 4 credits per 100 live ads."
- Its Recreate option "starts a new ad from theirs, made in your brand kit with your logo, colors, and fonts." Our guide to cloning a competitor's ad without copying it covers what you can take from a rival's ad and what you can't.
- Scheduling lets you write a post once and send "the right format" to eight channels, from Instagram and TikTok to Google Business and X.
- Ads export "in full HD 1080p at 60 FPS," according to the home page. The API docs list video at up to 1920 by 1080, in landscape or portrait.

Predis.ai's plans, billed monthly or yearly
Prices are as of October 28, 2026, in US dollars, plus taxes where they apply. The page opens on yearly billing, so the big number on each card is the yearly price spread over 12 months, with the monthly price struck through next to it.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Credits a month | The card's estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $32 a month | $230 a year ($19 a month) | 1,300 | About 325 images or 33 videos |
| Rise | $79 a month | $474 a year ($40 a month) | 3,200 | About 800 images or 80 videos |
| Enterprise+ | $249 a month | $2,540 a year ($212 a month) | 10,000 | About 2,500 images or 250 videos |
What each plan covers
- Core covers one brand, 10 social channels and 60 competitor runs a month, with no auto posting.
- Rise, which Predis.ai labels "Most popular," covers up to four brands, 20 channels and 130 competitor runs, with auto posting.
- Enterprise+ covers unlimited brands, 60 channels and 600 competitor runs, with auto posting.
On any plan, you can add extra credits for $29 a month, though the cards don't say how many credits that buys. The yearly option carries a "50% off" label, but that's the saving on Rise. By the cards' own labels, Core saves 40% a year and Enterprise+ saves 15%.
The same Core and Rise prices show up on the Shopify App Store, billed in US dollars every 30 days, and as in-app purchases on Apple's US App Store. Under the cards, a comparison table puts the same check mark in every cell for all three plans. That includes the rows for videos up to 30 seconds and up to 5 minutes, so the table can't tell you which plan makes which length.
The trial takes your card
Predis.ai's pricing page sums up the trial in two sentences: "Every plan starts with 3 days free. We take a card to start the trial and charge it when day 3 ends, so cancel before then if it isn't for you." Some of its other pages, including the features page, put the charge on day 4: "A card is required, your first charge is on day 4, and you can cancel anytime before then." The product video page says the trial is "enough to make your first product videos and see the full editor before you pay."
That's the policy as Predis.ai states it, and it isn't proof of when the charge lands. On September 13, 2026, one Trustpilot reviewer wrote that "Predis.ai charged me the following morning, before the free trial period had actually ended." Predis.ai replied three days later and asked the reviewer to email account details. We'd cancel well before the end of day 3 rather than in its last hour.
Credits expire each month
Plan credits don't roll over. Predis.ai's API docs say each plan renews monthly "and any remaining credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle." You can upgrade at any time, and "we charge you the difference on a pro-rata basis," with everything you've made carrying over to the new plan.
What one Predis.ai ad costs in credits
The pricing page doesn't say how many credits one ad uses. Its FAQ says "Each type of content and the model used has a different credit cost," and a note next to the credit counts says only that "Credits depend on the models you pick." Predis.ai's API docs point you to "the FAQs on the pricing page for details of credits for each media type," and those FAQs don't list any. That leaves two ways to estimate what an ad costs, and they differ by a factor of about five.
By the plan card's own estimate
Core comes with 1,300 credits a month. Its card puts that at "About 325 images or 33 videos." At the $32 monthly price, that's about 97 cents a video. An image comes to about 10 cents. In credits, that's roughly 39 a video and 4 an image. Billed yearly, a Core video works out to about 58 cents. The card doesn't say how long those videos are or which model makes them.
By a credit table hidden in the page's code
The pricing page also has a credit table in its code that visitors never see. It lists these rates:
- 15 credits an image
- 200 credits per 8 seconds of standard or UGC video
- 5 credits per 10 seconds of faceless video
- 15 credits a slide for multi-slide posts
- 15 credits an image edit
Core's monthly price works out to about 2.5 cents a credit. At that rate, one 8-second UGC clip costs about $4.92. An image costs about 37 cents. By this table, a month of Core credits covers six and a half of those clips. The card said 33 videos.
The table doesn't even agree with itself. Its worked example prices a "10s voiceover video (4 credits)." But the same table lists faceless video at 5 credits per 10 seconds. We can't tell whether the table is current, and Predis.ai doesn't show it, so we read it as a clue to how video might be priced.
What two reviewers counted
Two reviewers have put their own numbers on it. On October 8, 2026, a merchant on the Shopify App Store wrote that "they charge you 15 credits for every correction." That's the same price the hidden table gives an image edit, and the merchant gave one star. On Apple's App Store in India, a review titled "Costly thing" is dated 19 October, with no year shown. It says "Was able to make 3 videos with 3k. Credit." Both numbers are well above what the card implies, but two reviews can't tell you what's typical.
To find your own number, make one ad early in the trial and check your credit balance before and after. Our guide to AI video credits shows how to compare one vendor's credit with another's.
Can you run what Predis.ai makes as a paid ad?
What Predis.ai promises
According to Predis.ai's home page, yes. Its FAQ says "the ads and creatives generated with our AI ad generator are licensed for commercial use," and that you can use them "in your ad campaigns and on various social platforms." The product video page says you can "export a watermark-free MP4" and that "Every video is yours to keep and run in ads, promos, and product launches."
What the Terms cover
That FAQ answer sends you to the Terms "for more details on content usage and licensing." The Terms grant you a license to "use the software provided to You by EZML." Their general clause says content available through the service "is owned and/or controlled by EZML, or other licensors or Service users." We read the Terms through and found no clause that mentions the ads you generate. They do say you own "the business data that you provide to Predis."
So the commercial-use promise is in the FAQ and on the product pages, but the contract itself doesn't mention the ads you make. If you need a written license for yourself or a client, ask Predis.ai to confirm it before you put money behind those ads.
Predis.ai's billing rules, and the complaints that match them
The rules you agree to
- Refunds end with the trial. The pricing FAQ says the trial "is there so you can judge Predis.ai before you pay for a plan," and that "Payments after that are non-refundable." The Terms add that there are no refunds or credits for partial months, plan changes or unused months.
- There's only one way to cancel. You use the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account, and the Terms say "Any other emails, chat or phone requests to cancel your subscription will not be considered."
- Cancelling is immediate. If you cancel before a paid month ends, "Your cancellation will take effect immediately and You will not be charged again." So use up your credits before you cancel.
- Price changes come with notice. The Terms' summary promises 30 days, while their fees section says at least ten days before the billing cycle.
- Partner stores bill on their own terms. If you bought through a partner such as Shopify, the partner's billing terms "shall prevail."
- Heavy use can be slowed down. Under the fair use policy, going past its limits "may lead to access being throttled or restricted, with or without prior notice."
We lined up OpenArt's rules and complaints the same way in our OpenArt review.
Six complaints, each beside its rule
Most Trustpilot reviews of Predis.ai are five stars, so these are the minority. Each is a one-star review we read, quoted with its date and set next to the rule it matches.
- On March 25, 2026, a Trustpilot reviewer wrote, "It's all deceptive. Don't sign up for the free trial." The pricing page says the trial takes a card and charges it when day 3 ends unless you cancel.
- On April 14, 2026, a Trustpilot review titled "Watch out for the billing" said, "Signed up for what I thought was a monthly plan until they sent me notice my trial was expiring." The pricing page opens on yearly billing, with the monthly price struck through.
- On July 27, 2026, a Trustpilot reviewer wrote that other services let you keep trying a product after you cancel during a trial, while "predis.ai blocks all." The review mentions a 7-day trial, and the pricing page now says 3 days. The Terms say a cancellation "will take effect immediately."
- On August 2, 2026, a Trustpilot reviewer posted a review titled "I cant cancel the subscription." Predis.ai replied the next day, asking the reviewer to email [email protected]. The Terms accept only the in-app button.
- On August 5, 2026, a Trustpilot reviewer wrote, "Taking money from our account for 2 months in a row after canceling the sub." Predis.ai's reply opened with "We are very strict and adhere to highest standards of ethics and integrity in our operations." The Terms rule out refunds and count only the in-app button as a cancellation.
- On October 8, 2026, the Shopify merchant quoted above wrote, "In addition, they've been double charging me- once via Shopify and then again, directly." Predis.ai replied the next day and apologized for "the duplicate charges." The Terms say a plan bought through a partner such as Shopify follows that partner's billing terms.

Predis.ai's ratings on Trustpilot and the app stores

- Trustpilot shows 4.4 from 289 reviews, with 82% at five stars and 8% at one star. Predis.ai has replied to 89% of the negative ones.
- The Shopify App Store shows 4.7 from 172 reviews, 143 of them five stars and 7 of them one star.
- Apple's US App Store shows 4.7 from 375 ratings, and its India storefront shows 4.6 from 74.
- Google Play shows 4.4 from 3.35K reviews on its US storefront and 4.6 on its Spanish one, with 100K+ downloads.
What Predis.ai says about its own ratings
The home page says "Rated 4.7/5 on G2, Trustpilot, Shopify," while Trustpilot showed 4.4 the same day. The home page also says "4.9/5 from 3000+ Reviews, check our user success stories!" without naming a review site. The pricing page says "Rated 4.7 / 5 on G2." We couldn't see G2, Capterra or Software Advice, so we can't check those three. We've set Predis.ai's own claims beside what each site showed when we read it.
What recent reviewers say
Trustpilot's first page held 20 reviews when we read it. They're dated from September 13 to October 27. Seventeen of them are five stars, and several of those are about ease of use and time saved. Even fans bring up price. A five-star reviewer wrote on October 27, "highly recommended. they just need to lower the cost of each plan." A one-star review from October 14 opens with "Very expensive for what it suggests." On the Shopify App Store, a kayak shop wrote on October 27 that "We ran a 30-day test posting once daily and seen more foot traffic in-store and online." We've read TopView's and Pollo AI's Trustpilot pages the same way.
How Novoads prices the same three jobs
Novoads makes ads too, from UGC-style videos with AI actors to product clips and static ads, and our pricing page lists each model's credit price. You pay for Novoads from the first month. Starter is $15 a month for 200 credits. Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits. Billed yearly, Plus comes to $39 a month.
Four static ads for 8 credits
On October 20, 2026, we ran one Nano Banana Pro generation in Novoads. It returned four ads of an amber candle jar on a limestone bath ledge. Each is a 4:5 image at 2K. The run cost 8 credits, or 2 credits an image. That's 15 cents an image on Starter and about 10 cents on Plus. Predis.ai's Core card also comes to about 10 cents an image, while its hidden table would put an image at about 37 cents. We used the same run in our guide to static ads.
Nano Banana Pro in Novoads · one generation, four 4:5 static ad variants at 2K of an amber candle jar, headline "Light it. Slow down." · 8 credits · rendered 2026-10-20
An 8-second video clip
Google Veo 3.1 is on both tools' model lists. In Novoads, it costs 72 credits a clip at any length up to 8 seconds. That's $5.40 on Starter and about $3.53 on Plus. Here Predis.ai's own estimate is cheaper per video. By its Core card, a video is about 97 cents billed monthly, though the card doesn't say which model or length that means. By the hidden table, an 8-second UGC clip on Core comes to about $4.92.
A talking-actor ad up to a minute
Our talking actor is the closest match to Predis.ai's UGC avatars. At 720p, it costs 200 credits for each minute you start, so a 30-second ad is billed as a full minute. That's $15 on Starter and $9.80 on Plus. At 480p, the same minute is 100 credits. Predis.ai's card puts a video at under a dollar, so its own estimate is cheaper here too. By its hidden table, which bills video by the second, a 30-second UGC video would use 750 credits. On Core billed monthly, that's about $18.46.

Who Predis.ai suits
Pick Predis.ai if
- You run several brands and want posts scheduled and auto-posted from one calendar. Rise covers up to four brands, and Enterprise+ has no brand limit.
- You sell from an online store and want product ads that start from a product link.
- You want to track rivals' live Meta ads and remake one in your own brand kit.
Look elsewhere if
- You need to know what an ad costs in credits before you make it.
- You want to cancel by email or chat, or you might ask for a refund after the trial.
- You need the contract itself, and not just the FAQ, to give you the right to run generated ads.
If you do try it, make your first ad on the first day, check how many credits it used, and decide well before day 3 ends.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many credits does one Predis.ai video use?
Predis.ai's pricing page doesn't say. The Core plan's card estimates about 33 videos from its 1,300 monthly credits. A credit table in the page's code, which visitors don't see, lists 200 credits per 8 seconds of UGC video. That's about $4.92 on the same plan. To find your own number, check your credit balance before and after the first ad you make.
