Billo Pricing in 2026: From $99 per Video, and What Packs Cost

Billo videos start at $99 for a basic creator video, paid from a prepaid pack. Billo's public prices, each dated, next to what one AI-made ad costs.

$99 is where a Billo video starts, not where it ends

Billo videos start at $99 each, and that $99 buys a basic creator video: the raw footage one of Billo's creators films from your brief, without captions, music or graphics. You pay it from a prepaid balance that you load by buying a pack, and the full price list, by length, format and creator tier, sits inside Billo's app rather than on a public page.

The catch is the word "start". Both facts come from Billo's own guide, "How Billo pricing works", published on October 9, 2026, which dates its figures "as of October 2026". A longer video, a Premium creator, an edited cut, extra hooks or a second aspect ratio all raise the number, and Billo's old pricing address now opens a login screen.

So we read Billo's public pages one by one. Below: every Billo price we found, each with the date its page carries; what pushes a video past $99; and what one AI-made ad costs in Novoads next to it, worked out from both price lists.

Every Billo price on its public pages, with its date

Billo's public prices sit in four kinds of page: the October 2026 guide, two pack pages (one last modified in November 2025, one in August 2026), a price pop-up written into the site's code, and its help and FAQ pages. They do not all agree, so every figure below names its page. If Billo is one of several options on your list, our guide to UGC platforms for brands compares how each one bills.

The $99 floor, and what it includes

Billo's guide calls $99 "the price of a basic creator video", made from your brief by one of its 5,000+ vetted creators, and it lists what every order includes:

  • Creator pay, which Billo handles for you, with no separate creator fee to negotiate.
  • Platform access and transaction fees, inside the price rather than added at checkout.
  • The raw video the creator films from your brief, without captions, music or graphics.
  • Two revisions, as long as they stay within the original brief.
  • Full usage rights once you approve the video, for your ads and your own channels.

What it leaves out is your product and the cost of shipping it to the creator. A video of someone using your product starts with that product in the mail. For how this compares with hiring a creator yourself, see what UGC creators charge per video.

Prices by length, from a hidden pop-up

The only list by length we found on Billo's live pages sits in a hidden price pop-up that the site's code adds to its pages. On October 21, 2026, its text read:

  • $99 for a 15-second video, $139 for 30 seconds and $169 for 60 seconds.
  • $164, $204 and $234 for the same three lengths with Billo's editing services.

Read these as Billo's numbers with a caveat. On the pack page where we found it, the link that opens the pop-up was not visible at desktop or phone width, and the pop-up's own example gives the Professional pack a $300 bonus where the visible page says $450, so its text may be older than the page around it. The three video prices do match Billo's public pricing page as archived in April 2024.

Two services billed by the month

Billo also sells two optional services, and its guide says you need neither to order videos:

  • CreativeOps, Billo's data layer for deciding what to make next, from $149 a month, with a free plan to try the workflow. Billo's CreativeOps launch post, last modified October 14, 2026, still lists a Launch plan that "renews at $500/month after 3 months" and an Enterprise plan at $900 a month, so check the price inside the app before you subscribe.
  • Managed service, from $2,000 a month: a Billo team plans every video, sources and briefs creators and turns raw footage into ads. It is billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel anytime after the first month.

How Billo's prepaid packs turn into a price per video

Packs load dollars, not videos

Billo runs on a prepaid balance. You buy a pack, its value lands on your balance, and each order you approve, the video plus its add-ons, comes off that balance. The guide says it plainly: "Packs are a monetary value, not a number of videos". Bigger packs add a bonus on top of what you pay, which is how Billo's volume discount works: "the more you load, the lower your cost per video".

The pack sizes Billo lists

Two Billo pack pages, read on October 21, 2026, give the amounts below. The three smaller packs come from a page last modified November 9, 2025; the four larger ones from a page last modified August 13, 2026. The guide itself prints no pack amounts. The pack pages price in USD; the guide prints its $99 with no currency code, which we read as US dollars. The last column is our arithmetic: the cash you pay for each $99 of balance once the bonus is counted.

PackYou payBonusBalanceBillo's video countCash per $99 video
Basic$500none shown$500up to 5$99.00
Essential$1,000$125$1,125up to 11$88.00
Professional$2,500$450$2,950up to 30$83.90
Refine$5,000$700$5,70016 to 57 a year$86.84
Grow$10,000$1,500$11,50033 to 116 a year$86.09
Scale$15,000$2,500$17,50050 to 176 a year$84.86
Venture$30,000$5,500$35,500102 to 358 in 18 months$83.66

Three things stand out. The smallest pack is $500, the least cash Billo's public pages show you putting in. The Professional pack is where Billo's pages disagree: its card shows a $450 bonus and "up to 30 videos", the same page's mobile copy says "up to 11", and the site's pop-up gives a $300 bonus, which would make each $99 video cost $88.39 in cash. And no bonus takes a $99 video much below $84.

What a pack commits you to

  • Twelve months to spend it. Billo's FAQ, in an answer dated March 12, 2025, says funds are valid for 12 months from purchase (18 months for Venture) and that "any unused funds you have remaining after a year will expire and are non-refundable".
  • A narrow refund. Its refund answer, dated March 20, 2025, promises money back "if you are not able to select a creator within 30 days of your first task creation"; larger packs get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
  • No subscription. You need no monthly plan to order videos, and you can top the balance up from the dashboard at any time.

What pushes a Billo video above $99

Billo's guide names five choices in a brief that raise the price from the floor, and it shows each one in the order total before you place it. The public pages print a dollar figure for only a few of them.

Length and format

Longer videos cost more because they take more planning and filming. In the pop-up's list, going from 15 to 30 seconds adds $40, and from 30 to 60 seconds another $30. Format means aspect ratio: you pick one per brief, and each extra one costs extra. Billo also sells 1:1 and 4:5 crops of an approved video as an add-on.

Creator tier and the number of creators

You choose Regular or Premium creators, and the guide counts that choice among the ones that move the price up; the Billo pages we read print no Premium price. The number of creators matters because each creator you approve is a separate order taken from your balance, so three creators on one brief are three orders.

Hooks, editing and the complexity bonus

Extra hooks, extra unique videos from the same creator and ad variations each add to the order, which adds up fast if you plan to test ten openings on one ad. Editing is the one add-on with a public price: in the pop-up's list, a video "with editing services" costs $65 more than a raw one at every length. The pop-up does not say which of Billo's two editing add-ons, captions-only editing or Billo Expert editing, that price covers.

Some briefs also carry a complexity bonus. The guide says Billo suggests "an optional complexity bonus for the creator" when a brief includes a second person on camera, a pet, cooking or on-location filming, and Billo's help article on it, last modified August 24, 2026, puts the recommended bonus between $20 and $190, though you can set more.

The other add-ons print no price on the public pages we and our research read on October 21 and 22, 2026: brand kits, additional crops, a set of 4 photos, extra footage (priced by the creator), organic posting from the creator's TikTok or Instagram, and Partnership Ads and Spark Ads run from the creator's handle. That last pair is one thing an AI actor cannot match, because it has no handle to run them from; how those ads work is in our guide to creator partnership ads.

One Billo video next to one AI-made ad, in dollars

The Billo side

  • From $99 for a basic video, which the pop-up ties to 15 seconds, raw, with two revisions.
  • $139 for 30 seconds and $169 for 60 by the pop-up's list, or $204 for an edited 30-second video.
  • $500 in cash to start, on the smallest pack Billo's pages show, which Billo counts as up to five videos.
  • 7 to 12 days for delivery once the creator has your product, by Billo's pack page.

The Novoads side

Novoads bills a talking actor, an AI actor who speaks your script on camera, per started minute: 200 credits at 720p and 100 at 480p. A 30-second ad and a 60-second ad cost the same. Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits, 4.9 cents a credit, so a talking-actor ad comes to $9.80 at 720p and $4.90 at 480p. Billed annually, Plus is $39 a month, which brings the 720p ad to $7.80.

The Starter card on the novoads.ai pricing page: $15 a month for 200 credits, monthly only, up to 5 UGC videos a month Screenshot: novoads.ai/pricing, the Starter card: $15 a month for 200 credits, monthly only, up to 5 UGC videos a month, taken 2026-10-22

The Starter plan above, $15 a month for 200 credits, covers one 720p talking-actor ad a month, or two at 480p. Its "up to 5 UGC videos" counts a standard 40-credit video, not a talking actor. The cheapest video model we sell, Seedance 2.0 Mini, costs 1 credit a second at 720p: a 15-second clip is 15 credits, about 74 cents at the Plus rate, for a short generated scene from your prompt, such as your product in use. The other models price per clip the same way: Kling v3 Pro is 10 credits for 5 seconds (about 49 cents), Omni Flash 24 credits for 8 seconds at 720p (about $1.18), and Google Veo 3.1 72 credits for 8 seconds at 1080p (about $3.53).

The two, side by side

One adBilloNovoads, at the Plus rate

30 seconds$139$9.80, or $4.90 at 480p
60 seconds$169$9.80, or $4.90 at 480p
Least cash in$500 Basic pack$15 Starter month

The verdict: $99, Billo's floor for one basic video, buys about two months of Plus, which is 2,000 credits, or ten 720p talking-actor ads of up to a minute each.

What each one buys

The two are not the same product at different prices.

Use Billo when:

  • you need a real person holding and using your real product on camera;
  • you want the creator to post the video, or to run Partnership Ads or Spark Ads from their handle;
  • you can ship product and wait 7 to 12 days for each round.

Use an AI actor when:

  • you need many hooks and versions of one script this week;
  • you have nothing to ship, or you sell software;
  • you expect to rewrite the script once the first results come in.

One condition on the AI side: a stock talking actor from the library has empty hands. To show your product in hand, you create a custom actor from a photo of someone holding it, or start from one of the product templates in Discover, which put your uploaded product in a template creator's hand. For how brands cast them, see our guide to AI actors; for the wider trade-off, AI vs UGC creators.

Billo's $99 is older than the October guide

The price history on Billo's own page

Billo's public pricing page, as the Internet Archive kept it, shows the floor moving once:

  • August 2022: "Your eCom videos start at $59".
  • December 2023: packs sold credits at one credit per dollar ($500 for 500 credits), and a 15-second video ad cost 99 credits.
  • April 2024: a 15-second video ad at $99, 30 seconds at $139 and 60 seconds at $169.

So $99 has been the price of a 15-second Billo video since at least December 2023. What changed on October 9, 2026 is that Billo printed a starting price in public text again. If another site quotes a different figure, check its date against this list.

Where the public price list went

Billo's old pricing address, billo.app/pricing, now sends visitors to the app's login page. An archived copy shows it already did in June 2025, and it still did when we checked on October 21, 2026, which fits the guide's line that "the full price list sits inside the platform".

What we could not check

We have not used Billo hands-on. We have no Billo account and made none, so the in-app price list by length, format, creator tier and add-on was out of reach, and so were real delivery times and creator quality. Every Billo figure here comes from Billo's own public pages (the guide, the two pack pages, the pop-up, its FAQ and help articles, and the archived pricing page), read on October 21 and 22, 2026.

How Novoads solves the per-video floor

Novoads turns a script into a talking-actor ad for 200 credits per started minute at 720p, on a price ladder anyone can read. Starter is $15 a month for 200 credits, monthly only. Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits, or $39 a month billed annually. Ultra starts at $129 a month for 3,000. Plan credits reset at each renewal, and top-up credits, bought while a subscription is active, last 90 days. Every plan is on our pricing page.

Our own run: a 28-second ad from one brief

On October 5, 2026, we built a 28-second vertical ad at 720p from a single brief: three Omni Flash scenes of 8, 10 and 10 seconds with one library actor, Sofía, scripted around the wait for a creator ("Still waiting three weeks for one ad?"). The scenes cost 84 credits, and three storyboard pictures before them were charged 6, so 90 credits in all, about $4.41 at the Plus rate.

Four frames from a 28-second ad made in three Omni Flash scenes: a woman in a light-blue shirt talks to the camera in her kitchen, on a sofa and at a dining table Omni Flash · a 28-second ad in three scenes from one brief, storyboarded with GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst and scripted around waiting weeks for a creator · 84 credits for the scenes, plus 6 for the storyboard · rendered 2026-10-05

What came back: the same face, shirt and voice in every shot, all nine lines spoken word for word, and all three scenes finished within 1 minute 54 seconds of one shared start. What did not: Omni Flash burned six single words into scene 2, three of them misspelled, although the prompt said "No music, captions, text or logos". The strip's four frames fall between those words, so they do not show them.

What the retake does to the math

Scene 2 needs a second take before the ad can run: 30 more credits at today's price, which puts a runnable version at 120 credits, about $5.88 at the Plus rate, if the retake comes back clean. Billo's pop-up lists $139 for one 30-second video. On our side, a flawed scene is a 30-credit line item, and the other two scenes stay as they are.

Pay a creator for the face, and software for the volume

Billo's pricing is built around one fact: you are paying a person. The $99 floor buys someone who films your actual product from your brief, and the packs, bonuses and 12-month balance turn that into a budget you commit up front. When the person is the point, a face for a launch or a handle to run Partnership Ads from, that money is well spent. When the point is learning which of ten hooks sells, the per-video floor is the thing to remove. For the wider field, see our guide to the best Billo alternatives.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Billo video cost?

Billo's own pricing guide, published October 9, 2026, says Billo videos start at $99 per video, the price of a basic creator video: raw footage without captions, music or graphics. Video length, format, Regular or Premium creators, the number of creators and extras such as hooks raise it. A price pop-up on Billo's site lists $139 for 30 seconds and $169 for 60, and every order is paid from a prepaid pack balance.

Is the Billo app free?

Creating a Billo account is free, according to Billo's October 2026 pricing guide; you pay for the videos you order from your prepaid Billo balance, and no subscription is needed to order videos. Billo's optional CreativeOps data layer has a free plan, with paid plans from $149 a month.

What are some alternatives to Billo?

Two kinds. Other creator marketplaces also pay a human creator per video; Billo's own comparison page sets it against Insense. AI UGC generators such as Novoads skip the creator: an AI actor speaks your script, billed in credits instead of per video. The choice comes down to whether you need a real person with your product or many versions to test.

How long does a Billo video take?

Billo's pack page says 'Get your video in just 7-12 days', counted from when the creator receives your product if the video needs one. Shipping the product to the creator comes first, and its cost is not included in the video price.

Is Billo legit?

Billo is a creator marketplace with a San Francisco address on its site, a published pricing guide and written refund terms: its FAQ promises money back if you cannot select a creator within 30 days of your first task. Its guide says creator pay is included in every order and Billo pays the creator. We have not used Billo hands-on, so we cannot speak to creator quality or delivery times.

Key Takeaways

  • Billo's own pricing guide, published October 9, 2026, says videos start at $99, the price of a basic creator video: raw footage without captions, music or graphics, with two revisions and full usage rights.
  • You prepay through packs. The smallest pack on Billo's pack pages is $500 for up to five videos, and the bonus on larger packs brings the cash cost of a $99 video to about $84 to $88.
  • Length, format, creator tier, the number of creators and extras raise the price. A pop-up on Billo's site lists $139 for 30 seconds and $169 for 60, and $65 more for editing at each length.
  • In Novoads, a talking-actor ad of up to a minute is 200 credits at 720p, $9.80 at the Plus rate, or 100 credits at 480p. Billo's $99 floor is about two months of Plus, or ten such ads.
  • Billo buys a real person with your product in hand and a handle to run Partnership Ads from; an AI actor buys volume and speed. Our own 28-second Omni Flash test needed one 30-credit retake.
