InVideo Pricing in 2026: Plans, Credits, and What a 30-Second Ad Costs
InVideo's plans as shown to US visitors on October 19, 2026: Starter, Plus and Max at $20, $60 and $150 a seat a month, halved on annual billing by a promotion, and what one 30-second ad costs on each beside Novoads.

The seat got cheaper and the ad got dearer
On September 29, 2026, InVideo's pricing page showed US visitors a Plus seat at $50 a month on annual billing and priced five seconds of Seedance 2.5 at 1080p at about 50 credits. Three weeks later, on October 19, the same page showed that seat at $30 and the same five seconds at about 96 credits.
The seat fell 40%. The ad went up.
A 30-second ad is six of those five-second blocks, so the 1080p take grew from about 300 credits to about 576. On an annual Plus seat that moved it from about $7.50 to $8.64 a take, and billed monthly from about $9.00 to $17.28.
As InVideo showed US visitors on October 19, 2026, it sells three self-serve plans by the seat: Starter at $20 a month with 400 credits, Plus at $60 with 2,000 credits and Max at $150 with 5,000. A promotion halves each one on annual billing, to $10, $30 and $75. Seedance 2.5 starts on Plus, where one 30-second 1080p ad fits three times a month; Max fits it eight times.
This guide prices that ad on every plan, then sets it beside the same take in Novoads. Every InVideo figure comes from InVideo's own pages, and we have not used InVideo hands-on for it. The dollar prices are from the copy of the US-served page the Internet Archive made on October 19, 2026, which matches its October 13 copy. The page prices by the visitor's country, so a visitor in Spain sees the same numbers in euros. We re-read the credit rates on the live page on October 20, 2026, and none had moved.
Every InVideo plan as US visitors saw it on October 19
Starter, Plus and Max, seat by seat
| Plan | Monthly, per seat | Annual, per seat a month | Credits a seat | Seedance 2.5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $20 | $10, promotion | 400 | Not included |
| Plus | $60 | $30, promotion | 2,000 | Up to 1080p |
| Max | $150 | $75, promotion | 5,000 | Up to 1080p |
The page prints each annual price beside the monthly one struck through. On the Plus card, "$60 $30 per seat/mo, billed annually" reads as $30 against a monthly $60, and the card adds "Save $360 per seat compared to monthly." Starter's struck $20 is its monthly price too: further down the page InVideo writes "including Starter at $20 a seat."
The cards differ in more than credits:
- Starter allows up to 5 seats and says "No guest seats on Starter." It includes Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini, and its card says "No access to Seedance 2.5."
- Plus allows up to 10 seats plus 10 guest seats with 190 credits each, and lists Seedance 2.5 at "1080p Full access."
- Max allows up to 20 seats plus 20 guest seats, and its card carries a slider at 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 credits a seat. The prices of the two larger settings were not visible to our fetcher, so this guide prices Max at its 5,000-credit base.
The half price is a promotion, and it has moved
Each card carries a "50% off" label, so $10, $30 and $75 are promotional prices, not list prices, and the promotion has changed twice since late September. The US-served copies of the page show the seat getting cheaper while the 1080p rate climbed:
- September 29, 2026: Plus read "$60 $50 per seat/mo, billed annually," Max $100, and Starter's annual price was its monthly $20, with the note "No difference compared to monthly." Seedance 2.5 at 1080p cost about 50 credits per 5 seconds.
- October 5: Plus $36 and Max $75. The 1080p rate was about 72.
- October 13 and 19: Starter $10, Plus $30 and Max $75. The 1080p rate was about 96.
InVideo's FAQ says it may "update credit costs at any time, without prior notice." When our evidence was gathered on October 19, the page was also set up for a price test that was switched off, so every visitor paying in one currency saw the same price; nothing on the page says that stays true. Read the card on the day you buy, and treat any quote of $30, including ours, as dated.
Seats, guests and the currency you see
InVideo charges every plan per seat, and its plan finder says who needs one: "Everyone who will create or edit." For three people on annual Starter, it shows "$360 up front for 3 seats." A small team on Plus can lean on guest seats instead, since the card adds up to 10 of them with 190 credits each at no charge. On HeyGen, credits come with the plan, not the seat, so an added Business seat brings none.
The country you browse from changes the currency. Fetched from Spain on October 20, 2026, the Plus card read "€60 €30 per seat/mo, billed annually," the same numbers in euros. InVideo is not the only AI video vendor whose price depends on where you look; our guides to Higgsfield's pricing and Synthesia's cover the same problem for those two. Every dollar figure in this guide is scoped to US visitors.

What a credit buys on InVideo
The rates behind the cards
InVideo's compare table prices models per 5 seconds of video or per image. As shown to US visitors on October 19, 2026, and unchanged on October 20:
- Seedance 2.5 at 1080p: about 96 credits per 5 seconds.
- Seedance 2.5 at 720p: about 56 credits per 5 seconds.
- Seedance 2.5 Draft: about 24.5 credits per 5 seconds.
- Seedance 2.0 Fast, which Starter includes: about 30 credits a video, in the plan finder's estimate.
- Nano Banana Pro: about 2.5 credits an image.
All three Seedance 2.5 rows show a cross in the Starter column.
InVideo's help centre lists the same models by range rather than by five seconds. Its Seedance 2.5 row runs from 6.10 credits at the cheapest setting and shortest length to 1,962 at the most expensive setting at 30 seconds, read October 20, 2026. Its own advice for keeping that number down is short: "720p is fine for most social formats." If you want the model itself explained, our Seedance 2.5 explainer covers what it does.
What the video counts on the table mean
Under each rate, the table turns a plan's credits into a count of videos: at 1080p, 20 on Plus and 52 on Max. By our arithmetic those are 5-second clips: Plus's 2,000 credits divided by 96 is 20.8, which the table rounds down to 20, so the count is about 100 seconds of footage, not 20 ads.
That is the line to read before buying Plus for Seedance 2.5. The card's "1080p Full access" is real access, and a month of it is three 30-second ads.
What spends no credits
Three things on InVideo cost nothing in credits:
- Timeline editing. The pricing page says "40 hours of editing costs nothing," and the help centre says manual editing on the timeline is free.
- Downloads. Credits are used for creation, "not for downloading content," per the page's FAQ.
- Guest seats on Plus and Max, each of which comes with 190 credits.
What does not carry over: "Unused credits don't roll over to the next month," and the help centre says top-up credits reset each billing cycle too. A quiet month is lost credit. InVideo also keeps a free plan with a weekly reset, which our roundup of free AI video generators compares with the rest.
Five seconds of the same model, for scale
The unit InVideo prices at about 96 credits is five seconds of 1080p Seedance 2.5, and this is what one looks like. On September 21, 2026, we rendered it in Novoads from a one-line prompt: a woman in a bright kitchen holds a small glass serum bottle toward the camera and smiles. It came back in 8 minutes 38 seconds and cost 60 Novoads credits.

One 30-second ad on Starter, Plus and Max
Six blocks of five seconds
The take formula: credits for one 30-second take = 6 × the 5-second rate. At 1080p that is 6 × 96 = about 576 credits; at 720p, 6 × 56 = about 336.
To turn credits into dollars, divide the seat price by the seat's credits:
- Plus: $0.03 a credit billed monthly ($60 for 2,000), or $0.015 under the annual promotion ($30 for 2,000).
- Max: the same two figures ($150 or $75 for 5,000).
At these prices a credit costs the same on Max as on Plus; Max holds more of them.
The 30-second ad on each plan
| InVideo plan | 1080p takes a month | 720p takes a month | One 1080p take, monthly or annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 0 | 0 | No Seedance 2.5 |
| Plus | 3 | 5 | $17.28 or $8.64 |
| Max | 8 | 14 | $17.28 or $8.64 |
The counts are whole takes inside one seat's monthly credits. Plus's 2,000 credits hold three 1080p takes with 272 credits left over, and Max's 5,000 hold eight. At 720p the 336-credit take fits five times into Plus and 14 times into Max, and costs about $10.08 billed monthly or $5.04 under the annual promotion.
The table also shows what the promotion is worth. On a monthly bill, three 1080p takes use $51.84 of a $60 Plus seat; on the annual promotion they use $25.92 of a $30 one. Our InVideo vs Higgsfield comparison prices a second of Seedance 2.5 on both, with the same October rates.
Starter's route: Seedance 2.0 Fast
Starter cannot run Seedance 2.5, but it can still make a 30-second ad with Seedance 2.0 Fast. InVideo's help centre prices that model from 10.40 credits at its cheapest setting for 4 seconds to 102 at its most expensive for 15 seconds, and says "Shorter clips cost proportionally fewer credits." For one 30-second ad, that gives:
- At the top setting: two 15-second clips, about 204 credits, which fits into Starter's 400 once.
- At the cheapest setting: about 78 credits, five a month.
Our reading: Starter is built for editing and lighter models. For Seedance 2.5 ads, InVideo's entry price is the Plus seat, $60 a month, or $30 while the annual promotion lasts.
The same 30 seconds in Novoads credits
What Seedance 2.5 costs per second in Novoads
Novoads prices Seedance 2.5 by the second, as our price tables read on October 20, 2026:
- 1080p: 12 credits a second, so 360 for a 30-second take.
- 720p: 7 credits a second, so 210 for 30 seconds.
- 480p: 3 credits a second, so 90 for 30 seconds.
The plans are published in dollars and credits. Novoads starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month). Plus is $49/month (1,000 credits), and Ultra starts at $129/month (3,000 credits) for more volume. On yearly billing Plus is $39 a month and Ultra 3,000 is $99; Starter is monthly only.

Screenshot: novoads.ai/pricing on yearly billing, Plus $39 a month ($468 a year), Ultra $99 a month ($1,188 a year), Starter monthly only at $15, taken 2026-10-20
Takes per plan, side by side
| Plan | Per month | 1080p takes | 720p takes |
|---|---|---|---|
| InVideo Starter | $20, or $10 annual | 0 | 0 |
| Novoads Starter | $15, monthly only | 0 | 0 |
| InVideo Plus | $60, or $30 annual | 3 | 5 |
| Novoads Plus | $49, or $39 annual | 2 | 4 |
| InVideo Max | $150, or $75 annual | 8 | 14 |
| Novoads Ultra 3,000 | $129, or $99 annual | 8 | 14 |
Read the rows in pairs. On the entry plans, neither tool fits one 30-second Seedance 2.5 take at 720p or above: InVideo's Starter has no access to the model, and Novoads' Starter holds 200 credits against a 210-credit take, though it can make two at 480p. One rung up, InVideo Plus holds one more 1080p take than Novoads Plus for $11 more a month. At the top of each grid, InVideo Max and Novoads Ultra 3,000 both hold eight.
Where InVideo's promotion wins
The two billing choices give two different verdicts:
- Billed monthly, close. At 720p a take costs about $10.08 on InVideo Plus, and Novoads' own per-clip figure, at Plus's rate, is about $10 for a full 30-second Seedance 2.5 take. At 1080p, a take is about $17.28 of an InVideo Plus seat, against 360 of the 1,000 credits in a Novoads Plus month.
- Billed annually, InVideo. Under the current promotion a 1080p take costs about $8.64 and a 720p take about $5.04, and no Novoads plan prices the same take that low, Ultra on yearly billing included.
If you will commit to a year of InVideo at today's promotion and mostly need generated footage, that saving is real.
Which plan fits your ad calendar
Use InVideo when
- You cut your own footage and want a timeline that costs no credits to use.
- Several people edit, and seats plus guest seats fit how your team works.
- You can commit to annual billing while the 50%-off promotion runs.
- You want many models under one balance: its help centre's price list runs from Seedance and Kling to Veo and Wan.
Use Novoads when
- The ad is a UGC-style talking ad: an AI actor delivering your script, with voice and captions.
- You start from a product image or a script rather than footage.
- You want to pay month to month at the entry price: Starter is $15/month for 200 credits.
- You draft at 480p first: a 30-second Seedance 2.5 take is 90 credits there.
If the job is a presenter on camera rather than generated footage, HeyGen vs InVideo weighs that trade, and our list of the best InVideo alternatives covers seven tools built for ads.
A quick rule by volume
The volume rule: count the 30-second 1080p takes you will make in a month, retakes included. Up to two fit Novoads Plus, three fit InVideo Plus, and eight fit either InVideo Max or Novoads Ultra 3,000. Past eight, both grids have a next step: Max's larger credit settings on InVideo, and Ultra 6,000 or 9,000 on Novoads, at $250 and $375 a month.
Count each retake as a full take. InVideo's help centre answers "Am I charged per generation?" with a plain yes, and every Novoads generation is charged at its credit price too, so a take that needs two tries costs two takes on either meter.
How Novoads solves the finished ad, not just the footage
Novoads is an AI UGC video-ad generator: upload a product image or write a script, pick an AI actor, and get an ad-ready video in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9. It runs the same frontier engines other tools rent, Seedance 2.5 among them, so realism is a tie. The difference is what goes in and what comes out: a script or a product photo in, a finished talking ad out, priced per second on a published grid.
One prompt, one finished ad
On October 5, 2026, we sent one prompt through the Novoads connector and got back a three-shot, 15-second ad at 720p in 3 minutes 45 seconds. A woman at her desk says "Let me show you how I make my ads now," opens the Novoads site on her laptop and clicks Create your first ad, then turns back to the camera: "Four minutes, done. Link below." Both lines came out word for word, the laptop screen stayed legible, and the run cost 105 credits, 7 a second. The 30-second version is 210.

Seedance 2.5 · a three-shot 15-second UGC ad at 720p, made through the Novoads connector · 105 credits, 7 a second, so a 30-second take is 210 · rendered 2026-10-05
Every price on one page
Plans and per-model credit costs sit on the Novoads pricing page, so a take can be priced before it is rendered, the same way this guide priced InVideo's. The InVideo alternative page sets the two tools side by side, and next to hiring a person, what a UGC creator costs puts both meters in context.
Price the take, not the seat
InVideo's seat price is the number on the card, and in three weeks it fell from $50 to $30 on annual Plus. The number that sets an ad budget sits in the compare table below it, and over the same weeks five seconds of 1080p Seedance 2.5 went from about 50 credits to about 96. A pricing page can make both moves at once and still read as a discount.
So price the take. Multiply the 5-second rate by six, multiply that by the takes you will make in a month, retakes included, and set the total against each plan's credits. That arithmetic, not the struck-through price, tells you which plan you need.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does InVideo AI cost per month?
As InVideo's pricing page showed US visitors on October 19, 2026, Starter costs $20 a seat a month with 400 credits, Plus $60 with 2,000 and Max $150 with 5,000. Annual billing brings them to $10, $30 and $75 a seat a month under a 50%-off promotion that has moved twice since late September: Plus read $50 on September 29 and $36 on October 5. The page prices by the visitor's country, and from Spain it shows the same numbers in euros, so read the card on the day you buy.
Is InVideo AI actually free?
Yes, with limits. InVideo's help centre article on the free plan, dated July 28, 2026 and read October 20, 2026, says you can use it 'without entering your card details' and that 'the free plan gives you limited credits to explore the platform', with the quota reset weekly on Monday. Seedance 2.5 starts on the Plus plan. Novoads has no trial: it starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month).
How much does a 2-minute video cost on InVideo?
It depends on what fills the two minutes. Editing footage you already have costs nothing in credits; the pricing page says '40 hours of editing costs nothing'. Generating all 120 seconds with Seedance 2.5 at 1080p, at about 96 credits per 5 seconds as shown to US visitors on October 19, 2026, takes about 2,304 credits, more than a Plus seat's 2,000 a month; at 720p it is about 1,344. At the $0.03 a credit that Plus and Max both work out to on monthly billing, that is about $69 at 1080p or $40 at 720p, and half that under the annual promotion. Each Seedance 2.5 clip runs up to 30 seconds, so two minutes is at least four clips joined on the timeline.
Is anything better than InVideo AI?
It depends on the ad. InVideo suits teams that edit their own footage on a timeline and want many models under one balance, and on annual billing its current promotion makes generated footage cheap per take. For a UGC-style talking ad built from a script and an AI actor, an ad generator does more of the job: Novoads makes that ad from a script or a product image, starting at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month). Our guide to InVideo alternatives compares seven tools for ads.
Key Takeaways
- As InVideo's pricing page showed US visitors on October 19, 2026, Starter, Plus and Max cost $20, $60 and $150 a seat a month, with 400, 2,000 and 5,000 credits a seat.
- Annual billing halves each seat to $10, $30 and $75 under a 50%-off promotion; on Plus it read $50, then $36, since late September, so date any quote of it.
- InVideo prices Seedance 2.5 per 5 seconds, about 56 credits at 720p and 96 at 1080p, and only Plus and Max can use it.
- One 30-second 1080p ad is about 576 InVideo credits: three takes a month on Plus and eight on Max, about $17.28 a take billed monthly or $8.64 under the annual promotion.
- In Novoads the same take is 360 credits, two a month on Plus ($49/month for 1,000 credits) and eight on Ultra 3,000; on annual billing, InVideo's promotion is the cheaper meter per take.
