TopView Pricing: Plans, Credit Rates and 30-Second Ad Costs
Every TopView plan as its pricing page showed it in US dollars on 2026-10-21, what a credit buys on Avatar 4 and Seedance 2.5, and a 30-second ad priced on each plan beside the same ad on Novoads.

TopView Avatar Ads Cost Cents. Its Seedance Clips Cost Dollars.
TopView's pricing page, read in US dollars on 2026-10-21, priced its individual plans from $8 a month (Basic) to $112 a month (Ultra) on monthly billing, and sold Ultra for a year at $599.9 paid upfront, which the card shows as $50 a month beside a struck $150 list price. At those prices a 30-second Avatar 4 talking avatar uses 3 credits and costs 30 to 72 cents, while a 30-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720p costs $3.60 to $10.80.
Credits decide the rest. A TopView plan is a balance of credits, and every model draws on it at its own rate per second of video. Below are the plans on both billing toggles, the credit rates that matter for ads, one 30-second ad priced on every plan, and the same ad on Novoads. We have not used TopView hands-on: every TopView figure comes from its own pricing page, credits guide or API reference, dated, and the per-ad arithmetic is ours.
TopView's Plans on Both Billing Toggles
The figures below are what the page showed on 2026-10-21, with "USD · Stripe" as its only currency. The monthly prices and the Basic card appear only after a browser runs the page's scripts and you click Monthly; a plain fetch sees the annual cards alone.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $8 | Not shown | 50 a month |
| Plus | $24 | $18 a month ($216) | 100 a month |
| Business | $58 | $44 a month ($528) | 250 a month, or 3,000 a year |
| Ultra | $112 | $50 a month ($599.9) | 500 a month |
| Team | $118 a seat | $56 a seat ($672) | 500 a seat a month |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Custom |
Monthly billing, Basic to Team
Each individual monthly card shows a struck list price: Basic, labeled "STARTER DEAL", is $8 against $18, Plus $24 against $36, Business $58 against $75 and Ultra $112 against $150. Team, sold by the seat, was $118 a seat a month.
Basic appeared only on the Monthly toggle, though the FAQ mentions a Basic Annual plan, and not every visitor sees it. A market check the page calls while it loads returned hideBasicPlan false for the Chilean IP we read from on 2026-10-21, and true for a connection in Spain on 2026-10-22.
Annual billing, paid upfront
Ultra reads "$599.9 billed annually", shown as $50 a month beside a struck $150, with "Save $ 1200 compared to the monthly list price". TopView's price book explains it: Ultra lists at $1,800 a year, a promotion code takes 66.67% off, and $599.94 is left; the $50 is that divided by 12, rounded. The page's comparison table, "Checked August 7, 2026", rounds the plan to $600. Business is $528 a year ($44 a month) for 3,000 credits granted at once, and Team is $672 a seat a year ($56 a seat a month).
Plus annual depends on how you read the page. The server HTML shows $36 a month and "$432 billed annually", with no struck price. A browser shows $18 a month, "$216 billed annually" and "50% OFF" from the code PLUS_ANNUAL_5000_OFF, as a second check on 2026-10-22 did again. Two footnotes apply: "Annual plans are paid in full upfront", and "Prices exclude VAT and local taxes, calculated at checkout." The $599.9 is a pre-tax price, not a buyer's total.
List prices, forever codes and the currency
Every card price is a list price minus a code the page applies itself. Its price book lists Basic at $18 a month, Plus at $36, Business at $75, Ultra at $150 and Team at $180 a seat, and its code book held 11 codes on 2026-10-21, each "forever" with no expiry date; the same 11 came back on 2026-10-22. TopView's FAQ adds that it can "update credit costs at any time, without prior notice", and that Pro "is no longer available for new purchases".
The market check also returned isBrazilMarket false. The price book holds Chinese yuan and Brazilian real prices as well, so a visitor TopView places in its Brazil market may see other numbers. A fetcher outside Chile on 2026-10-21 and our connection in Spain on 2026-10-22 got the same annual dollar prices. We read them as TopView's dollar prices, not a Chilean price.

What a TopView Credit Buys for an Ad
TopView's FAQ treats credits as a currency: "Each AI tool has a different cost, which you can check in the table." If AI video credits are new to you, the plan sets what a credit costs and the model sets how many each second of video burns.
Avatar 4, billed by the second
Avatar 4 is TopView's talking-avatar model, and it bills by the second:
- Rate: "Avatar 4 0.1 credits / sec" and "Avatar 4 Fast 0.06 credits / sec" in the credits guide updated 14 January 2026; the API reference, updated 2026-06-26, charges "by generated video duration (seconds, rounded up)".
- 30 seconds: 3 credits, or 1.8 in Fast mode.
- Limits: 180 seconds a video on Plus and above, with "50% Off-Peak pricing for Avatar4" on Business, Ultra and Team.
- Avatars: 5000+ public ones, plus a Product Avatar that "supports using your photo as an avatar", the job our guide to an AI avatar from a photo covers.
- Marketing videos: 5 credits a video with AI-written scripts, or 5 a minute with your own.
Seedance 2.5, at a rate set by the plan
TopView prices Seedance 2.5 at 720p by plan:
- Monthly plans and Plus annual: "6 credits/4s", or 45 credits for 30 seconds.
- Business annual: "1.3 credits/1s", 13% off, or 39 credits.
- Ultra and Team annual: "4.8 credits/4s", 20% off, or 36 credits.
At 1080p the base rate is 14.8 credits per 4 seconds, and at 480p 2.8.
Ultra annual adds "30-DAY UNLIMITED SEEDANCE 2.5": for 30 days of the plan year, Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 at 720p cost no credits, though "wait times may be lengthy", and unlimited models work only on topview.ai, not through its API, CLI or MCP. TopView's Seedance 2.5 campaign page, dated 2026-08-07, still promises Ultra Annual buyers 60 days of unlimited; confirm which applies before you pay. A LIMITED TIME banner on 2026-10-21 advertised up to 40% off Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0 on Business and Ultra annual. We would not count on the 13% and 20% table discounts outlasting it.
Other video and image models on the same balance
The same table prices:
- Seedance 2.0 at 720p at 4 credits per 4 seconds
- Google Veo 3.1 Fast with audio at 3.6 credits per 4 seconds
- Kling 2.6 with audio at 1080p at 3.25 credits per 5 seconds
- a 1K GPT Image 2 picture at 0.2 credits
"Unused credits don't roll over to the next month", except on an upgrade or a switch to annual billing, and top-up credits stay valid for 24 months from purchase.
Thirty Seconds of Avatar and Seedance, Plan by Plan
The per-ad formula: price for the billing period ÷ credits in that period × credits for 30 seconds. On Ultra annual that is $599.9 ÷ 6,000 credits, about 10 cents a credit, × 3 credits = 30 cents for an Avatar 4 ad, or × 36 credits = $3.60 for a Seedance 2.5 clip, the $3.60 TopView prints in its own comparison table. The table applies the formula to every plan at the prices a browser showed on 2026-10-21, before VAT; it is our arithmetic, not TopView's.
| TopView plan | Price per credit | Avatar 4, 30 s | Seedance 2.5, 30 s |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic, monthly | $0.16 | $0.48 | $7.20 |
| Plus, monthly | $0.24 | $0.72 | $10.80 |
| Plus, annual | $0.18 | $0.54 | $8.10 |
| Business, monthly | $0.232 | $0.70 | $10.44 |
| Business, annual | $0.176 | $0.53 | $6.86 |
| Ultra, monthly | $0.224 | $0.67 | $10.08 |
| Ultra, annual | $0.10 | $0.30 | $3.60 |
| Team, monthly, a seat | $0.236 | $0.71 | $10.62 |
| Team, annual, a seat | $0.112 | $0.34 | $4.03 |
On the server-HTML reading of Plus annual, $432 for 1,200 credits, a credit costs 36 cents, an Avatar 4 ad $1.08 and a Seedance clip $16.20.
Ultra annual buys the cheapest credit on the page
At about 10 cents, an Ultra annual credit costs under half what one costs on any monthly plan except Basic, at 16 cents. Its 500 monthly credits cover 166 thirty-second Avatar 4 videos or 13 Seedance 2.5 clips, before the 30 unlimited days. The conditions: "Ultra Annual monthly credits expire at the next monthly grant and cannot be used for API calls", the card lists "API access (not with plan credits)", and the $599.9 is due on day one.
Basic undercuts Plus, and Team's card quotes Ultra's figure
Basic's credit costs 16 cents against 24 on monthly Plus; its 50 credits cover 16 Avatar 4 videos or one 30-second Seedance clip a month. The Team card prints "Seedance 2.5 -20% : 720P $3.60/30s". At Team's own annual rate, 36 credits at 11.2 cents, that clip works out to $4.03 a seat; $3.60 is the Ultra annual figure.
Business annual hands over the year at once
Business annual grants 3,000 credits upfront at 17.6 cents each: 76 thirty-second Seedance clips at its 39-credit rate, or 1,000 Avatar 4 videos, spent at any pace across the year. It suits a team that ships in bursts.
How Novoads Bills a Talking Actor and a Clip
Novoads makes UGC-style video ads: you pick an AI actor and paste a script, and a talking actor delivers it to camera, or you generate a clip with a video model. Seedance 2.5 is in Novoads alongside Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Kling v3 Pro, Google Veo 3.1 and Omni Flash. The meter differs from TopView's where this comparison turns: the talking actor bills by the started minute.
A talking actor bills by the started minute
A Novoads talking actor costs 200 credits for anything from 1 to 60 seconds at 720p, the default, or 100 at 480p; a 61-second take bills two minutes. A 30-second ad and a 60-second ad cost the same, and 480p halves either. On Plus, $49 a month for 1,000 credits, a 30-second talking ad is $9.80 at 720p or $4.90 at 480p. Stock actors' hands are empty, so to show your product in hand you turn a photo of someone holding it into a custom actor; our guide to AI actors covers casting.
Video models bill by the clip length
Clips bill by model and length:
- Seedance 2.5, 720p: 7 credits a second, 210 for a 30-second take
- Seedance 2.0, 720p: 68 credits for 15 seconds
- Seedance 2.0 Mini, 720p: 1 credit a second
- Kling v3 Pro: 2 credits a second
- Omni Flash: 24 credits for 8 seconds
- Google Veo 3.1: a flat 72 credits
At the Plus rate that runs from about 25 cents for a five-second Seedance 2.0 Mini clip to about $4 for an eight-second Google Veo 3.1 clip, and about $10 for a full 30-second Seedance 2.5 take.
On 2026-09-30 we asked the Novoads REST API for a 5-second Kling v3 Pro clip at 1080p, 9:16, from a one-line prompt and no reference image: a young woman in a sunlit kitchen holds a small glass serum bottle to the camera and says "this changed my mornings". It cost 10 credits, and the line came back word for word. It also took 29 minutes 44 seconds from request to file, so do not plan on Kling clips in minutes; how Kling and Seedance compare for ads is a separate question.

Each Novoads plan at 30 seconds
Novoads starts at $15/month (Starter, 200 credits per month). Plus is $49/month (1,000 credits), and Ultra starts at $129/month (3,000 credits) for more volume. All plans are published on novoads.ai/pricing. A month of each covers:
- Starter: one 30-second talking ad at 720p or two at 480p. A 30-second Seedance 2.5 take needs 210 credits, 10 more than the month holds; 28 seconds fits.
- Plus: five talking ads at 720p, ten at 480p, or four 30-second Seedance 2.5 takes.
- Ultra 3,000: 15 talking ads at 720p, 30 at 480p, or 14 Seedance 2.5 takes.
Annual billing brings Plus to $39 a month and Ultra 3,000 to $99, or $7.80 and $6.60 a 720p talking ad; Ultra 9,000 annual, $270 a month for 9,000 credits, is the cheapest credit at 3 cents. Plan credits reset at each renewal, top-up credits last 90 days, and the REST API and MCP connector spend the same credits at the dashboard rate on every plan.

Same Ad, Two Price Lists
| 30-second ad | TopView | Novoads |
|---|---|---|
| Talking avatar or actor | $0.30 to $0.72 | $6.00 to $15.00 (720p) |
| Cheaper avatar mode | $0.18 to $0.43 (Fast) | $3.00 to $7.50 (480p) |
| Seedance 2.5 clip, 720p | $3.60 to $10.80 | $6.30 to $10.29 |
Each range runs from the side's cheapest plan rate to its dearest. Novoads' Seedance range leaves out Starter, whose month cannot hold a 30-second take.
Talking avatars: TopView, by a factor of ten or more
Verdict: TopView is the cheaper meter for a talking avatar on every plan. Avatar 4 bills 3 credits for 30 seconds; a Novoads talking actor bills a started minute, 200 credits. Even Novoads' cheapest cell, 480p on Ultra 9,000 annual at $3.00, is ten times TopView's 30 cents on Ultra annual, and at 720p the gap is twenty times. At 60 seconds Novoads still charges 200 credits while Avatar 4 doubles to 60 cents to $1.44, and TopView still costs less.
The two 30 seconds are different products. TopView's API reference describes Avatar 4 as a photo avatar task: a photo plus a script or an uploaded audio file becomes a talking video. A Novoads talking actor is a creator-style performer from a catalog of 100+, or one made from your photo. TopView's catalog is larger, at 5000+ public avatars.
Seedance 2.5 clips: the price lists overlap
Verdict: on the same clip, neither list wins outright. TopView's Ultra annual ($3.60) and Team annual ($4.03 a seat) undercut every Novoads plan, Ultra annual adds 30 unlimited days, and TopView's Basic ($7.20) undercuts every Novoads monthly plan. Novoads comes out ahead on these pairs:
- Novoads Plus at $10.29 a clip, against TopView's monthly Plus at $10.80, Team at $10.62 and Business at $10.44
- Novoads Ultra 3,000 at $9.03, against TopView's monthly Ultra at $10.08
- Novoads Ultra 9,000 annual at $6.30, against TopView's Business annual at $6.86
Plus annual is a near tie: $8.19 a clip on Novoads, $8.10 on TopView's browser view.
What the per-ad math leaves out
- API work. Novoads' REST API and MCP connector spend plan credits at the dashboard rate; TopView's Ultra annual credits cannot be used for API calls, and its unlimited models stay on topview.ai.
- Top-ups. TopView's top-up credits stay valid for 24 months and Novoads' for 90 days. TopView wins this one.
- Price changes. Every TopView card price is a list price minus a code with no end date, and TopView can change credit costs without notice. Re-check the page before each renewal.
Which TopView Plan Fits Your Ad Volume
Count the ads you will make in a month, and the model you will make them with.
A handful of ads a month: Basic or Plus
- Basic, $8: 16 thirty-second Avatar 4 videos or one Seedance 2.5 clip a month, if your connection is shown the card.
- Plus, $24: 33 Avatar 4 videos or two Seedance clips a month.
- Plus annual: $216 a year for 1,200 credits at the browser price; confirm the checkout total, since the server HTML says $432.
A steady weekly schedule: Ultra annual
- What $599.9 upfront buys: 166 Avatar 4 videos or 13 Seedance clips a month, 30 days of unlimited Seedance 2.5 at 720p, and 12 concurrent tasks.
- What it asks of you: credits expire at each monthly grant, so a skipped month is credit lost, and API work needs its own budget.
When another tool fits better
Price is one input; our TopView review covers where its tools are strong and weak for ads. If your ads need a creator-style actor holding your product, or API automation on plan credits, compare the TopView alternatives before you commit to a year. If your volume is mostly talking avatars, TopView's per-second meter is hard to beat on price. The same per-ad exercise on HeyGen's plans prices another avatar ladder.
Cheap Seconds, Coupon Prices, Monthly Expiry
TopView's per-second meter makes a 30-second talking avatar cost cents, and Ultra annual makes a 30-second Seedance clip cost $3.60. The rest takes reading: each card is a list price minus a code, Plus annual reads two ways, Ultra's credits lapse monthly and stay out of the API, and VAT comes on top. On TopView the struck number is the list, the code is the price, and the model decides what the ad costs.
Novoads' own plans and per-model prices are on novoads.ai/pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does TopView cost?
TopView's pricing page, read in US dollars on 2026-10-21, listed Basic at $8 a month, Plus at $24, Business at $58, Ultra at $112 and Team at $118 a seat on monthly billing. On annual billing, paid in full upfront, Business was $528 a year, Ultra $599.9 and Team $672 a seat, while Plus annual read $216 in a browser and $432 in the page's server HTML. Enterprise is priced by TopView's sales team, and every price excludes VAT and local taxes, which TopView calculates at checkout.
Is TopView free?
TopView sells paid plans. The lowest price on its pricing page on 2026-10-21 was Basic at $8 a month on monthly billing, for 50 credits, and TopView's market check hides the Basic card from some visitors, so your starting price may be Plus at $24. What the page calls free sits inside paid plans: Unlimited & Free Gens on some models for a set number of days, and 5 to 60 free voice clones depending on the plan, then 2 credits per clone.
What does a 30-second TopView ad cost?
It depends on the model and the plan. On the prices TopView's page showed on 2026-10-21, a 30-second Avatar 4 talking avatar, at 0.1 credits a second, uses 3 credits and costs 30 cents on Ultra annual and 72 cents on monthly Plus. A 30-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720p uses 36 to 45 credits and costs $3.60 on Ultra annual and $10.80 on monthly Plus. These figures are our arithmetic on TopView's published prices and credit rates, before VAT.
Do unused TopView credits roll over?
Not on a regular month. TopView's pricing FAQ, read 2026-10-21, says unused credits don't roll over to the next month, and that Ultra Annual's monthly credits expire at the next monthly grant. Two exceptions are listed: upgrading your plan or switching from monthly to annual carries unused credits over, and top-up credits stay valid for 24 months from the purchase date.
Key Takeaways
- TopView's pricing page, read in US dollars on 2026-10-21, priced its individual plans from $8 a month (Basic) to $112 a month (Ultra) on monthly billing, and Ultra at $599.9 for a year paid upfront, shown as $50 a month beside a struck $150 list price.
- Every TopView card price is a list price minus a promotion code the page applies, Plus annual reads $216 in a browser but $432 in the page's server HTML, and VAT is added at checkout, so confirm the total there.
- A 30-second Avatar 4 talking avatar uses 3 credits, 30 to 72 cents on TopView's plans. A Novoads talking actor bills the started minute, $6.00 to $15.00 at 720p, so TopView is the cheaper meter for talking avatars.
- On the same 30-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720p the price lists overlap: TopView runs from $3.60 (Ultra annual) to $10.80 (Plus monthly), Novoads from $6.30 (Ultra 9,000 annual) to $10.29 (Plus monthly).
- Ultra annual buys TopView's cheapest credit, about 10 cents, but its credits expire at each monthly grant and cannot be used for API calls, while Novoads plan credits work in its API at the dashboard rate.
