JoggAI Pricing: Plans, Credits and What a 30-Second Ad Costs

Avatar video billed by the quarter minute

On monthly billing, JoggAI's Starter plan costs $29 for 12,000 credits. Billed yearly, the same plan is $288 for 144,000 credits, all of them granted upfront. The pricing page opens on the yearly view, so the first Starter price you'll see there is $24 a month. A 30-second ad with a standard avatar uses 50 credits. That works out to about 12 cents on monthly Starter and 10 cents on yearly Starter.

We read JoggAI's pricing page, help articles and API documentation from Spain on October 31, 2026, and every price there was in US dollars. We didn't test JoggAI for this post. The JoggAI figures below come from those pages and from public review sites, and the cost math is ours.

Is JoggAI free?

What the Free plan gives you

JoggAI's Free plan costs $0, and its plan card says no credit card is required. New accounts get 200 credits, which the pricing FAQ describes as promotional credits valid for 31 days. The FAQ calls this free access. In the footer of the same page, it's a "Risk-Free Trial" instead.

The pricing page puts these limits on Free.

  • Free access includes one custom avatar, standard video processing and a limited selection of AI tools.
  • Talking Photo, video translation, face swap, video extender, Product Avatar, voice cloning and the product ad tools all need a paid plan.
  • Free videos can run up to three minutes.
  • AvatarX isn't available, since the comparison table shows a dash for Free in its duration row.

How far 200 credits go

The 200 credits don't renew. JoggAI's credits article says registration credits expire after 31 days, and the pricing FAQ says the Free plan doesn't add new credits each month. Standard avatar video costs 25 credits per 15 seconds. At that rate, the free balance covers four 30-second ads. That's enough to try the avatars, but you'll need a paid plan for regular work.

Removing the watermark

Watermark removal is a paid feature. JoggAI lists it on the Starter card, next to fast video processing and access to all of its AI tools, and the plan comparison table shows a dash for Free on that row. So if you need watermark removal, Starter is the cheapest plan that includes it, at $29 a month or $288 a year.

These are list prices. We didn't go through JoggAI's checkout, so we never saw the final charge. JoggAI's pricing FAQ lists PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay among its payment methods, plus wire transfers on request for Enterprise plans.

Monthly or yearly billing

The pricing page opens on yearly billing and shows each yearly price as a monthly figure, with a note that annual billing saves 17%. On a yearly plan, you pay once a year, and the whole year's credits arrive upfront. The credits article gives a yearly total for Starter and Team, but a monthly figure for each Creator plan. Billed yearly, Creator 1 is $488 for the year, which its card shows as $40.66 a month.

Twelve months of monthly Starter come to $348. Yearly Starter gets you the same 144,000 credits for $288. That's $60 less, the 17% the page promises. What you give up is flexibility. Monthly credits can roll over, and you can cancel a monthly plan after any month.

Our guide to AI video credits explains how to compare credit prices across vendors.

Seats on the Team plan

JoggAI sells Team on yearly billing only, and its pages count the plan's seats in two different ways.

  • The Team card says it includes three seats.
  • The comparison table counts three, owner included.
  • The help article on managing team members agrees, with one owner and two members.
  • The pricing FAQ and the credits article say Team includes two seats.

The pages also disagree on how often you pay for an extra seat. The pricing FAQ puts it at $19 per additional seat per year, an annual fee rather than a monthly one. The team-members article, updated on October 30, 2026, calls the same $19 a one-time fee with no recurring monthly seat charge.

Who these prices apply to

These are the credit plans JoggAI introduced on September 8, 2026, when it stopped including unlimited video generation in new subscriptions. Its notice about the change says new subscriptions bought on or after that date are on the credit plans. Existing subscribers and lifetime-deal members keep the legacy credit system. An eligible subscriber holds on to those older benefits only while the original subscription stays continuously active. If your account predates the change, your prices and rates may differ from the ones here.

What JoggAI credits buy

Standard avatar video

JoggAI bills standard avatar and AvatarLite videos at 25 credits per 15 seconds. Its credit-system article says time is rounded up to the next 15-second block, and the credits article adds that duration-based charges round up to the next complete billing interval unless stated otherwise. So a 20-second clip bills as 30 seconds. A 31-second one bills as 45 seconds.

At that rate, Starter's monthly balance buys 120 minutes of avatar video, which matches the figure in JoggAI's credits article. A single standard avatar video can run up to 30 minutes. The credit-system article also says the app shows you the estimated credit cost before each generation.

AvatarX and URL to Video

AvatarX is priced differently. For the first minute, you pay by the video.

  • A video up to a minute long costs 200 credits.
  • Past the first minute, each extra 15 seconds adds 100 credits.
  • An AvatarX video can run up to five minutes.
  • Starter caps AvatarX videos at one minute, while the Creator and Team plans allow five.

URL to Video is priced per video, too. JoggAI says its script generation is free, and each generated video costs 50 credits.

The API rate

Through the API, avatar video costs ten times the web rate. JoggAI's API documentation lists it at 250 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up the same way. Every API avatar video is billed for at least 30 seconds, which comes to 500 credits. You spend the same balance in the API as in the web app, since JoggAI says subscription credits are shared across the platform, the API and MCP. So a 30-second avatar video made through the API costs about $1.21 on monthly Starter. In the web app, the same video costs about 12 cents.

Top-ups, upgrades and canceling

Buying extra credits

JoggAI doesn't sell extra credits on every plan, and its pages disagree on who can buy them. Its credits article says one-time packs are for Creator 5 and Team users. The Plan & Pricing FAQs say top-ups are currently available to Creator 5 subscribers. Everyone else has to upgrade or ask JoggAI's sales team for a custom business plan.

The smallest one-time pack is $10 for 3,000 credits. The largest is $300 for 166,000. Pack credits stay valid for a year from the purchase date.

Upgrading mid-plan

The two help articles don't agree on what an upgrade does.

  • The credits article, updated on October 27, 2026, says JoggAI applies the remaining value of your current subscription as a refund, you pay the new plan's regular price, and unused credits from the old plan are reclaimed.
  • The credit-system article, last updated on September 8, 2026, says you keep your existing credits and get the new plan's credits on top.

The newer article is the stricter one, so use up what you can before you upgrade. And the credits article says you can't downgrade at all.

Rollover and canceling

On a monthly paid plan, unused credits roll over for up to three months, according to the pricing FAQ and the credit-system article. Yearly plans get the whole year's credits upfront instead. The FAQ says you cancel from Account & Subscription, with the Cancel plan button under Subscription. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the billing cycle, and you aren't charged again. The credits article says unused subscription credits expire when that paid period ends, and the plan FAQ says payments are non-refundable.

On this point, JoggAI is more generous than we are. Novoads plan credits reset at each renewal, so any plan credits you haven't used by then are gone.

One 30-second ad on JoggAI and on Novoads

JoggAI is far cheaper per ad than Novoads.

Two avatar rates in JoggAI's web app

A 30-second standard-avatar ad fills two billing blocks. At 25 credits a block, that's 50 credits. Divide Starter's $29 by its 12,000 credits, and one credit costs about a quarter of a cent. So those 50 credits come to about 12 cents. On yearly Starter, $288 for 144,000 credits puts a credit at exactly a fifth of a cent. The same ad then costs 10 cents.

Across every paid plan, monthly or yearly, the same ad runs from about 9 to 12 cents. Starter's 12,000 monthly credits cover 240 of those ads.

With AvatarX, JoggAI bills the same 30 seconds as one video of up to a minute, which is 200 credits. That's four times the standard ad. It works out to about 48 cents on monthly Starter and 40 cents on yearly Starter.

Our posts on HeyGen, D-ID, Hedra and TopView price the same 30-second ad on each vendor's plans.

The same ad in Novoads

We bill a Novoads talking actor by the started minute. At 720p, each started minute costs 200 credits. A 30-second ad still uses all 200. At 480p, the minute costs 100 credits.

Novoads Starter is $15 a month for 200 credits, billed monthly only. On Starter, one 30-second ad at 720p uses the whole month's balance. That's $15 for the ad, at 7.5 cents a credit.

Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits. That makes each credit 4.9 cents. At that rate, the 30-second ad comes to $9.80. Starter's 200 credits cover one such ad a month, and Plus covers five. At 480p, the ad costs $4.90 on Plus.

Ad length affects the two prices differently. On JoggAI, a 60-second standard-avatar ad doubles to 100 credits. That's about 24 cents on monthly Starter. Ours stays at 200 credits for anything up to a full minute, so the gap is narrowest at exactly a minute. Even there, JoggAI is far cheaper.

The Novoads pricing page on monthly billing, with Starter at $15 a month for 200 credits. Plus is $49 a month for 1,000 credits, and Ultra starts at $129 for 3,000 credits.

Novoads pricing page on monthly billing, read 2026-10-31. Starter is $15 for 200 credits. Plus is $49 for 1,000 credits.

A strip of stills from a 12-second Spanish talking-actor ad made in Novoads, where a woman with her hair in a towel films herself selfie-style in a bedroom and talks about a vitamin C serum

Talking actor in Novoads at 720p, a 12-second Spanish selfie-style take about a vitamin C serum, billed 200 credits for its one started minute, rendered 2026-10-09

We made that talking-actor ad in Novoads on October 9, 2026. It runs 12 seconds in Spanish and was billed as one started minute, or 200 credits. It was ready in 87 seconds, and the actor delivers the script word for word.

What this comparison leaves out

We compared prices only. We didn't make the same ad in JoggAI, so there's no quality comparison here. Our strip shows a talking actor reading a Spanish script in a selfie-style scene, while JoggAI says its stock avatars are designed for brand, business, educational, fitness, news and other presenter-led videos. A creator-style selfie ad and a presenter video are different products, so weigh the price gap against the kind of ad you need. If price per avatar video is what decides it for you, JoggAI is the clear pick.

What JoggAI says about commercial use

Three statements on JoggAI's pages

JoggAI describes commercial use in three different ways.

  1. Its Product Avatar page says you're permitted to use the video templates made with its Product Avatar video maker in commercial projects. And the pricing FAQ lists Product Avatar among the tools that need a paid plan.
  2. Its stock-avatar page says commercial usage depends on your subscription plan and the applicable usage terms, and it asks you to check the current plan details before publishing.
  3. The pricing page itself doesn't state a commercial-use rule for any plan.

So before you put a JoggAI video in a paid campaign, read the usage terms that apply to your account and plan.

Where Novoads stands

Our pricing FAQ covers it in a single sentence, "All videos generated with Novoads are fully licensed for commercial use." Every Novoads plan is paid from the first month.

Review scores and who JoggAI suits

Review scores

We checked these review sites on October 31, 2026.

  • Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 2.1 for JoggAI, from 33 reviews. Of those, 64% gave one star, and JoggAI had replied to 38% of its negative reviews there.
  • Product Hunt showed 4.0 from 20 reviews.
  • AppSumo showed 4.2 from 349 verified buyers of a JoggAI deal, which it now lists as sold out. That deal was a one-time purchase, and JoggAI's plan notice says lifetime-deal members keep the older credit system.
  • We couldn't view G2's page for JoggAI.

Who JoggAI fits

JoggAI is a good fit if you need a steady flow of presenter-style avatar videos and price per minute drives your choice.

  • Its standard rate makes long explainers cheap, and Starter's monthly credits alone cover two hours of standard avatar video.
  • Unused monthly credits roll over for up to three months, which helps if your output comes in bursts.
  • At a flat 50 credits a video, URL to Video suits product catalogs where each item needs its own short clip.

Who should look elsewhere

JoggAI is a weaker fit in four cases.

  • You need extra credits on a smaller plan, since top-ups are limited to Creator 5 and, according to one article, Team.
  • You might want to downgrade later, which JoggAI doesn't support.
  • You plan to build on the API, where avatar video costs ten times the web rate.
  • You weigh review scores heavily. The Trustpilot score is low, though 33 reviews is a small sample.

Our list of best HeyGen alternatives covers more presenter-avatar tools, and our Akool pricing breakdown prices a 30-second ad on Akool's stock avatars.

If the ad you want is a creator-style video with an actor talking to the camera, that's the job we built Novoads for. You pick one of our AI actors, paste your script and get a talking-actor video back. Every plan is paid from the first month. Frequently Asked Questions

Is JoggAI free?

JoggAI has a Free plan at $0, and its pricing page says no credit card is required. New accounts get 200 promotional credits that stay valid for 31 days and don't renew. That's enough for four 30-second standard-avatar ads. Watermark removal and tools such as Talking Photo and Product Avatar need a paid plan, starting with Starter at $29 a month.

How much does one JoggAI video cost?

It depends on the length and the avatar type. JoggAI bills standard avatar video at 25 credits for every 15 seconds. So a 30-second ad uses 50 credits. That's about 12 cents on monthly Starter and 10 cents billed yearly. An AvatarX video up to a minute long costs 200 credits, about 48 cents on monthly Starter. Through the API, avatar video costs ten times the web rate.

Do unused JoggAI credits roll over?

On monthly paid plans, yes, for up to three months, according to JoggAI's pricing FAQ and its credit-system article. Yearly plans get the whole year's credits upfront instead. If you cancel, unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period you've already paid for, and JoggAI's plan FAQ says payments are non-refundable.

Key Takeaways

  • On monthly billing, JoggAI Starter is $29 a month for 12,000 credits, as its pricing page showed on October 31, 2026. Billed yearly, it's $288, which the page lists as $24 a month.
  • A 30-second ad with a standard avatar uses 50 credits. That's about 12 cents on monthly Starter and 10 cents on yearly Starter. With AvatarX, JoggAI bills the same 30 seconds as one video, at 200 credits.
  • We bill a Novoads talking actor at 200 credits for each started minute at 720p. That puts one such ad at $15 on Starter or $9.80 on Plus, so JoggAI is far cheaper per ad.
  • JoggAI's own pages disagree on how many seats Team includes, whether an extra seat is a yearly or a one-time fee, who can buy top-ups, and what an upgrade does to unused credits.
  • These prices apply to subscriptions bought on or after September 8, 2026. JoggAI says older subscribers and lifetime-deal members keep the legacy credit system.
