Adobe Firefly Pricing: Every Plan and What a 15-Second Ad Costs

Adobe Firefly's plans run from Standard's 2,000 credits a month to Premium's 50,000. At Kling 3.0's top rate, a 15-second ad comes to 525 credits by our math.

Three 15-second Kling ads use most of Firefly Standard's monthly credits

Adobe's partner-model page, as it read on October 21, 2026, lists Kling 3.0 inside Adobe Firefly at 35 credits a second for 1080p video with audio. So a 15-second ad at that setting comes to 525 credits by our math. Firefly Standard, the smallest of the four paid plans on Adobe's Firefly plans page, comes with 2,000 credits a month. That's enough for three of those ads, with 425 credits left over.

We haven't tested Firefly for this post. The euro prices come from Adobe's Spanish plans page, which we read from Spain on November 1, 2026. We couldn't read a current US dollar price (our request for Adobe's US prices was refused, and we didn't try another way), so each dollar figure here carries the date of the Adobe page it came from. The partner rates come from Adobe's help pages, some of them read through archived copies, and each rate carries the date of its page. The ratings come from the app stores and Trustpilot. The Novoads side comes from our own pricing page and a render we made in October.

We cover what Firefly is and what it makes in its own post. This one sticks to what it costs.

Firefly's four paid plans, from Standard to Premium

Prices as of November 1, 2026, from Adobe's Spanish plans page, billed monthly with VAT included. The US column is older. It comes from Adobe's blog post of October 28, 2025, which had the newest US prices we could read on any Adobe page.

PlanCredits a monthSpain, VAT included, billed monthlyUS, Adobe's blog, October 28, 2025
Firefly Standard2,000€11.17US$9.99
Firefly Pro4,000€22.36US$19.99
Firefly Pro Plus10,000€55.91Not in that post
Firefly Premium50,000€223.68US$199.99

Adobe's credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026, gives the same four credit counts. Every paid plan also gets unlimited standard generations, which don't use any credits. You spend credits on premium features, and Adobe counts partner models like Kling as premium.

The euro prices include Spain's VAT, and the dollar prices are a year older and from another market, so you can't convert between the two columns. For dollar math in this post, we use one rate, Standard's US$9.99 for 2,000 credits. That's about half a cent a credit, and Premium works out about a fifth cheaper per credit. If you're comparing one vendor's credits with another's, we walk through how in AI video credits explained.

Firefly plans for teams

Adobe's Spanish page also lists three plans for teams. They're priced per license before VAT, on an annual plan billed monthly.

  • Firefly Pro for teams, €18.48 a month with 4,000 credits
  • Firefly Pro Plus for teams, €46.21 a month with 10,000 credits
  • Firefly Premium for teams, €184.86 a month with 50,000 credits

The mobile plan and in-app credits

Apple's US App Store listed Adobe Firefly Mobile Monthly at $4.99 when we read it on November 1, 2026. We couldn't find that plan's credit count on any Adobe page, so we don't give a number. The same listing also sells in-app credits, starting at 500 credits for $4.99. Its 5,000-credit option costs $49.99, and the listing doesn't say whether these purchases renew. That first option works out to about a cent a credit, twice what a credit costs on Standard.

What happens when the credits run out

Credits don't roll over, according to Adobe's credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026. Your balance resets to your plan's amount every month. If you're on Standard and run out, Adobe points you to Pro or Premium, or to a credit add-on plan. Adobe's plans FAQ, as it read on October 11, 2026, adds that Adobe won't charge you for extra credits unless you choose to buy them.

Two Adobe pages list the add-on sizes, and they don't quite match.

  • 2,000 credits, on both pages
  • 4,000 credits, only in the credits FAQ
  • 7,000 credits, on both pages
  • 10,000 credits, only on Adobe's generative credits page as it read on October 22, 2026
  • 50,000 credits, on both pages

We couldn't read an add-on price for Spain or the US, so we don't give one.

There's one more fallback on Firefly Premium. Adobe's FAQ says a Premium user who runs out of credits can still start text-to-video and image-to-video jobs in Firefly, but they wait in a background queue with no promised finish time. You can queue up to 20 at a time. According to Adobe's plans FAQ, as it read on October 11, 2026, Premium also gets unlimited access to Adobe's own Firefly Video Model on top of its 50,000 credits.

What you get on Firefly without a paid plan

Adobe's plans page, as it read on October 11, 2026, says "You don't need a plan to get free daily generations across image, video, and audio, with access to popular models like Nano Banana and Luma Ray3.14." It adds that the limits refresh every day. Adobe's credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026, says free users of Firefly, Express, Stock, Photoshop on the web, Acrobat and Adobe's mobile apps "get a limited number of free daily generations across all generative AI features, available on a curated set of models." We couldn't find the daily number on either page, and the FAQ says the number of generations, features and models is subject to change.

Older credit wording in the same FAQ

The same FAQ also describes the free plan in older terms. It says free plans get generative credits the first time you use a Firefly feature, and "These credits expire one month from allocation." Its plan table still shows standard features on Firefly Free as "Deducts credits" and premium features as "Limited complimentary generations." We read the expiring credits as older wording Adobe hasn't removed, since the plans page leads with the daily generations.

Upscaling costs credits

Adobe charges credits for its partner upscalers. On the partner-model page, as it read on October 21, 2026, a Topaz upscale costs a set number of credits per generation, depending on image size.

  • Topaz Gigapixel, Sharpen or Denoise up to 25 megapixels, 10 credits
  • The same tools on larger images, up to 56 megapixels, 20 credits
  • Topaz Bloom, up to 9 megapixels, 35 credits
  • Topaz Astra video upscaling, from 5 credits a second at its fast 1080p setting

Adobe's credits FAQ lists Photoshop's generative upscale, AI denoise and AI sharpen with partner models at a cost that "varies." On a free account, the daily generations cover Adobe's generative AI features on a curated set of models, and we couldn't find an Adobe page that says whether an upscaler is one of them.

Kling 3.0 and the other partner models, priced per second

These rates come from Adobe's partner-model page as it read on October 21, 2026.

Kling 3.0's four settings

Adobe charges for Kling 3.0 in Firefly by the second, at four settings.

  • 720p without audio, 20 credits a second
  • 720p with audio, 25 credits a second
  • 1080p without audio, 25 credits a second
  • 1080p with audio, 35 credits a second

Unlike the Veo and Nano Banana Pro rates on the same page, these aren't marked as limited-time. According to Adobe's help page for partner video models, last updated August 7, 2026, a Kling clip can be up to 15 seconds long. At that length, our math puts a Kling 3.0 clip at 300 credits for 720p without audio. Both middle settings come to 375. At 1080p with audio, the clip is 525 credits. That's about $2.62 at Standard's rate.

At 525 credits a clip, each plan's monthly credits cover a different number of 15-second Kling ads.

  • Firefly Standard, three, with 425 credits left over
  • Firefly Pro, seven
  • Firefly Pro Plus, 19
  • Firefly Premium, 95

The same help page says Kling needs a first frame, so you'll begin every Kling clip with an image you add. It also says Kling 3.0 can generate audio along with the video.

Below the rates, Adobe adds that "The above-listed consumption rates for video and image models are only available on the most up-to-date version of the app. Usage rates may vary. Plans are subject to change." The asterisk next to Kling 3.0 means it's "Limited to individual or Creative Cloud for individuals users." And Adobe notes that "Availability of partner models may vary by country or region."

Kling 3.0 Omni and Kling's own credits

Kling 3.0 Omni is priced at the same four rates for text-to-video and image-to-video in Firefly. In Firefly's video editor and in Reference to Video, Omni costs 30 credits a second at 720p. At 1080p it's 40 credits a second, and audio doesn't change either rate. If you've priced Kling on Kling's own site, the credits you saw there are Kling's own currency, and they don't convert into Adobe's. We went through Kling's own plans in Is Kling AI free?

Veo 3.1, Nano Banana Pro and GPT Image 2

Three more partner models on the same page matter if you make ads.

  • Veo 3.1 costs 50 credits a second at 720p or 1080p, with or without audio, for a limited time.
  • Veo 3.1 Fast costs 20 a second for a limited time, and Veo 3.1 Lite costs 10 a second at 720p.
  • Nano Banana Pro, which Adobe lists as Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro), costs 40 credits per generation for a limited time.
  • GPT Image 2 costs 5 credits at low resolution and 20 at medium.
  • GPT Image 2 at high resolution costs 80 credits.

An 8-second Veo 3.1 clip comes to 400 credits by our math. That's about $2.00 at Standard's rate, while the limited-time rate lasts. We compared the two video models for ads in Kling vs Veo.

Adobe prices Nano Banana Pro per generation, and we count a generation as one image. If a generation returns more than one image, each one costs less than our figure.

Adobe's own video model and avatars

In its credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026, Adobe prices its own Generate Video by resolution, at 24 frames a second.

  • 1080p, 100 credits a second
  • 720p, 50 credits a second
  • 540p, 20 credits a second

The same FAQ lists Text to Avatar, which Adobe labels a beta, at 10 credits for each second of video, at resolutions up to 1080p. By our math, half a minute of avatar video is 300 credits. That's about $1.50 at Standard's rate.

Seedance rates US buyers can't use

The partner page also lists Seedance 2.0 rates, from 40 credits a second at 480p to 180 at 1080p. But an Adobe community manager wrote on July 24, 2026, that "Seedance models aren't currently available for Adobe Firefly users in the United States." If you're buying from the US, leave Seedance out of your Firefly math.

What Adobe's unlimited first year covers

Adobe runs a first-year promotion on Firefly, described on its offer page as "Firefly plan special offers as of October 13, 2026." The page sets out who gets it and for how long.

  • It covers the individual Firefly Pro, Pro Plus and Premium plans, plus the credit plans from 4,000 to 50,000 credits.
  • Firefly Standard isn't on that list, and neither are Teams and Enterprise plans.
  • Your year starts the day your eligible plan begins and runs for 12 months in a row.
  • It's sold only through firefly.adobe.com or the Firefly phone app.
  • After the first year, Adobe says, "all users return to consuming credits."

Why a 1080p Kling ad still costs credits

The offer's list of video models names Kling 3.0 only as "Kling 3.0 Standard (720p)." Its table marks that row yes for Firefly Premium and no for Pro and Pro Plus. Of the credit plans, only the 50,000-credit one gets it. So a Kling 3.0 ad at 1080p with audio costs credits on every plan, with or without the offer. At 15 seconds, that's 525 credits. The same table marks Topaz Bloom and Topaz Gigapixel for unlimited use on Pro Plus and Premium.

Can a new buyer still get it?

We couldn't confirm that someone buying today still gets this offer. Check the offer line on Adobe's plan card before you count on it.

Firefly credits inside Creative Cloud and Photoshop

Creative Cloud plans come with their own Firefly credits, according to Adobe's credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026.

  • Creative Cloud Pro, formerly Creative Cloud All Apps, gets 4,000 credits a month plus unlimited standard generations.
  • Creative Cloud Standard gets 25 credits a month.
  • A single-app plan, Photoshop's included, gets 500 credits a month if you subscribed before June 17, 2025. If you subscribed on or after that date, it gets 25 a month.

It works the other way too. Adobe's FAQ lists Photoshop on the web and mobile, plus Adobe Express Premium, as included with Firefly Pro, Pro Plus and Premium. Firefly Standard includes only Firefly.

What Creative Cloud costs in the US

Adobe's US price table for these plans is dated February 12, 2026, and its prices don't include tax.

  • Creative Cloud Pro, $69.99 a month on an annual contract billed monthly, or $779.99 a year prepaid
  • Creative Cloud Pro month to month, $104.99 a month
  • Creative Cloud Standard, $54.99 a month on an annual contract billed monthly, or $599.88 a year prepaid
  • Creative Cloud Standard month to month, $82.49 a month

Adobe adds that prices vary by country. Both plans include the 20+ desktop apps, Photoshop among them. We couldn't read a price for Photoshop on its own, so these yearly prices are the closest answer we have to what Photoshop costs a year.

What the same 15-second ad costs in Novoads

Novoads prices as of November 1, 2026. We don't have an unpaid tier, so you pay from month one, and every plan comes with a set number of credits a month.

  • Starter, $15 a month for 200 credits
  • Plus, $49 a month for 1,000 credits
  • Ultra, from $129 a month for 3,000 credits

That works out to $0.075 a credit on Starter and $0.049 on Plus.

Our pricing page with monthly billing selected, captured 2026-11-01

Kling 3.0 at 30 credits a clip

In Novoads, Kling 3.0 costs 2 credits a second, with sound on by default. So a 15-second clip is 30 credits. That's $2.25 on Starter and about $1.47 on Plus. We don't sell Kling 3.0 by resolution, so this isn't a like-for-like 1080p comparison. Against Firefly's top Kling setting, about $2.62 at Standard's rate, our clip costs less on both plans.

At 720p without audio, though, Firefly's clip is 300 credits. That's about $1.50, which is less than our Starter price and close to our Plus price. A month of Starter covers six of our Kling clips, and a month of Plus covers 33.

For the same 15 seconds, two other video models we sell come in on either side of Kling.

  • Wan 3.0 costs 27 credits at 720p and 53 at 1080p. On Starter, that's about $2.03 and $3.98. Every Novoads customer can use it, though the editor opens on a different model.
  • Seedance 2.5 costs 105 credits at 720p. That's about $7.88 on Starter.

We compared Kling and Seedance for ads in Kling vs Seedance.

Static ads with Nano Banana Pro

Firefly's limited-time rate for Nano Banana Pro is 40 credits per generation, about 20 cents at Standard's rate. In Novoads, a Nano Banana Pro image at 1K or 2K costs 2 credits. That's 15 cents on Starter and about 10 cents on Plus. So by these numbers, a Nano Banana Pro static costs less per image in Novoads.

On October 20, 2026, we sent one Nano Banana Pro request through Novoads for four static ads in 4:5 at 2K. The subject was an unlabeled amber candle jar on a limestone bath ledge, with the headline "Light it. Slow down." and a short subhead about the wax and wick. All four came back with both lines readable, and the request cost 8 credits.

We've written about the format in static ads and about the model in what Nano Banana Pro is.

GPT Image 2 goes the other way. At low resolution, Firefly's 5 credits come to about 2.5 cents at Standard's rate. We charge 1 credit, which is 7.5 cents on Starter, so Firefly is cheaper there.

Where Firefly costs less than we do

Adobe's prices beat ours in a few places, and you should know where before you pick.

  • Firefly Standard was US$9.99 a month in Adobe's October 2025 post, below our $15 Starter.
  • Every paid Firefly plan includes unlimited standard generations that don't use any credits.
  • Half a minute of Text to Avatar video costs about $1.50 at Standard's rate. Our talking actor costs 200 credits for every minute or part of a minute at 720p. That's $15.00 on Starter. At 480p it's 100 credits, or $7.50. We didn't compare the two on quality.
  • An 8-second Veo 3.1 clip in Firefly is about $2.00 while its limited-time rate lasts. We charge a flat 72 credits for Veo 3.1, which is $5.40 on Starter.
  • Adobe lets you start on Firefly without a plan through its daily generations, and Novoads charges from month one.

Our pricing page shows every plan and its monthly credits, so you can run these numbers for your own ad lengths.

What Firefly's ratings say, and who its pricing suits

Ratings as of November 1, 2026.

  • Apple's US App Store, 4.7 out of 5 from 11K ratings
  • Google Play, 4.5 stars from 32.4K reviews
  • Trustpilot's page for Firefly, 1.7 from 30 reviews, on a profile Adobe hasn't claimed
  • Trustpilot's page for Adobe as a whole, 1.2 from 7,570 reviews

These numbers measure different things. The app stores rate the app, Trustpilot's Firefly page has a small number of reviews, and its Adobe page covers every Adobe product.

Two App Store reviews mention credits directly. One, dated August 26, says the app "constantly uses up lots of credits and does not give you a new image and ignores the prompts that you give it." Another, dated May 1, says "The credits are used up quickly when trying to regenerate to make it usable." When a generation fails, Adobe's credits FAQ says the credits are "typically refunded to your credit balance within minutes."

We think Firefly's pricing fits best if you already work in Adobe's apps and mostly make images, because Adobe doesn't take credits for standard generations once you pay for Standard or a bigger plan. For video ads, your bill comes down to the per-second partner rates. At Kling 3.0's top setting, Standard covers three 15-second clips a month. Pro covers seven, so count the clips you'll make each month before you choose one. We looked at Firefly's audio tools for ads in a separate post.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Adobe Firefly upscale free?

Adobe charges credits for its partner upscalers. On Adobe's partner-model page as it read on October 21, 2026, a Topaz Gigapixel, Sharpen or Denoise upscale costs 10 credits per generation for images up to 25 megapixels. Topaz Astra video upscaling starts at 5 credits a second. Free accounts get a limited number of daily generations across Adobe's generative AI features, on a curated set of models. We couldn't find an Adobe page that says whether an upscaler is one of them.

How to access Adobe Firefly for free?

You can use Firefly without buying a plan. Adobe's plans page, as it read on October 11, 2026, says you don't need a plan to get free daily generations across image, video and audio, and that the limits reset every day. We couldn't find the daily number on any Adobe page.

Does Adobe Firefly come with my Adobe subscription?

Creative Cloud plans come with Firefly credits, but in very different amounts. According to Adobe's credits FAQ, last updated October 27, 2026, Creative Cloud Pro gets 4,000 credits a month plus unlimited standard generations. Creative Cloud Standard gets 25 credits a month. We couldn't read a price for Photoshop on its own. Adobe's US price table, dated February 12, 2026, puts Creative Cloud Standard at $599.88 a year prepaid. That plan includes Photoshop among its 20+ desktop apps. Creative Cloud Pro costs $779.99 a year prepaid. Adobe says prices vary by country, and its US prices don't include tax.

Key Takeaways

  • On November 1, 2026, Adobe's Spanish plans page listed Firefly Standard at €11.17 a month with VAT. Standard comes with 2,000 credits a month, and Premium with 50,000.
  • Kling 3.0 costs 35 credits a second in Firefly at 1080p with audio, according to Adobe's partner-model page as it read on October 21, 2026. By our math, a 15-second ad at that setting is 525 credits.
  • Firefly Standard covers three of those ads a month, with 425 credits left over. Premium covers 95.
  • Adobe's first-year unlimited offer, as of October 13, 2026, names Kling 3.0 only as Kling 3.0 Standard (720p) and marks it for Premium. So a 1080p Kling ad with audio still costs credits on every Firefly plan.
  • The same 15-second Kling 3.0 clip is 30 credits in Novoads. That's $2.25 on Starter. Firefly costs less for Text to Avatar, for GPT Image 2 at low resolution and, while its limited-time rate lasts, for Veo 3.1.
