Vidnoz Review for Ads: What Product Avatars Do and Who It Fits

Four Times the Credits to Put Your Product in Hand

Vidnoz charges 2 credits for every second of a Product Avatar video, its feature for putting your product in an AI presenter's hand. A plain avatar video costs 0.5. Read on its pricing page on October 21 and 22, 2026, that gap decides most of this review.

Verdict: Vidnoz fits a small brand that wants plenty of talking-presenter video for little money, a product held up from a single photo with no shoot, and a free plan to test on first. Look elsewhere if you pay monthly and want a way to get your money back, if you need product-in-hand realism that someone other than Vidnoz has checked, or if public reviews weigh on your choice: Trustpilot showed Vidnoz at 2.1 out of 5 from 82 reviews on October 22, 2026.

We have not used Vidnoz hands-on, and we have no account there. This review is built from Vidnoz's own pages, each dated by the page itself or by the day we read it (October 21 or 22, 2026), from Trustpilot's rating with its review count, and from our own render of the same kind of ad in Novoads, shown in the last section.

What Vidnoz Sells in 2026, and What Changed Since 2025

Vidnoz is one of the AI avatar video generators: its homepage says its avatars "speak in a natural way with lip sync", and its pricing page sells text-to-video built from typed scripts. Two dated pages of its own explain most of what it is today, and a third shows how far it reaches beyond ads.

Product Avatar, in Vidnoz's words

A newsroom post on vidnoz.com dated July 17, 2025 introduced the ad feature this review is about: "Product Avatar is a breakthrough solution: upload any product image, select an avatar template, and instantly generate a lifelike avatar holding the item." The same post says the presenter "features realistic hand positioning, shadowing, lighting, and advanced lip-syncing", and that you can upload your own brand spokesperson to make a custom version.

July 17 dates that post, not the feature: the Product Avatar page was already live in the Internet Archive's copy from July 1, 2025, with the same four steps it shows now. Read on October 22, 2026, under the headline "AI Product Avatars for Quick UGC Video Ads Generation", the steps are:

  1. Choose a preferred product avatar from the library
  2. Upload the product image that you want to promote
  3. Merge your product design with the template image
  4. Generate your AI product avatar video

Credits replaced minutes on December 10, 2025

Vidnoz's updates page dates its switch to credits to December 10, 2025: "Your existing video time has been converted into credits at 1 Minute = 30 Credits." The same entry introduced Expressive Avatars, presenters that Vidnoz says "naturally follow your script" with facial expressions and gestures, and it listed "advanced UGC video creation" among tools still to come.

As of October 22, 2026, that December entry is still the newest dated item on the page. A Vidnoz plan described in minutes a month describes the system before that date, so check the date on any review that quotes one.

A video platform that also makes ads

Read the pricing page and Vidnoz looks like a general avatar-video platform with an ad feature, more than an ad tool:

  • It sells "One-click SCORM export for easy LMS upload", the format learning systems use, and PPT or PDF import.
  • Its AI Video Translator promises "lip-synced translations in 140+ languages".
  • Its Product Avatar page lists staff training, company intro and sales videos beside product ads.
  • Its homepage counts "1900+ AI avatars, 2000+ realistic AI voices, and 2800+ templates".

That breadth helps a team that makes ads and training videos in one place. An ad buyer's question is narrower: how well, and at what rate, Vidnoz puts a product in a presenter's hand.

What Vidnoz Does Well for Ads

A presenter holding your product, without a shoot

The Product Avatar flow is the reason to look at Vidnoz for ads. You upload a product photo, pick a presenter from the library, and Vidnoz merges the two into a video of that presenter holding your item: no camera, no studio, and no product shipped to a creator whose rates you would otherwise have to budget for. For your own face or spokesperson, the page's FAQ says to "provide a two-minute video of a model" and Vidnoz builds a custom product avatar from it.

How real the hands look is Vidnoz's claim until you test it, which the next section takes up.

Plain avatar video at half a credit a second

Without a product in hand, the meter runs slowly. Standard avatar video costs 0.5 credits a second, so a 30-second video uses 15 credits, and the Starter plan's 450 credits a month cover 900 seconds, or 15 minutes. That is room to test several scripts on one presenter, the way you would keep one AI actor consistent across ad variations, before paying four times the rate for the product version.

A free plan to test on, with an allowance set by country

Vidnoz has a free plan, and the pricing page spells out its limits: "Max 3 mins/video", downloads at 720P, and exports "With Vidnoz watermark". The Product Avatar page's FAQ adds one free 15-second Product Avatar video a day.

The daily credit allowance is the part that moves. Vidnoz's own site config gave our Chilean connection, which it placed in Panama, 0 free credits a day on October 21, 2026, and gave our Spanish connection 30 a day, about 60 seconds of video, on October 22. Its homepage code carries a third number, a banner reading "Create Video with 60 Free Credits Every Day!" Check what your own account shows before you plan around any of them.

Where Vidnoz Falls Short for Ad Buyers

Realism is Vidnoz's claim, not a test result

Realistic hands, shadows, lighting and lip-sync are how Vidnoz describes its own feature. Our researchers looked for an independent hands-on test of a Product Avatar and found none. Every AI video tool claims lifelike output, for reasons our realism explainer lays out, so the free daily 15-second Product Avatar clip is the cheap way to see your own product in the hand before you pay.

The page's performance tiles deserve the same caution. The Product Avatar page promises to "convert 300% more viewers in 30 seconds" and shows "260% HIGHER CTR". We found no study cited beside either number on the page, so we read both as marketing.

Refunds on yearly plans only, and credits that expire

The pricing page's refund rule is short: "We provide 7-day full Money Back Guarantee for 1-year subscription. Refund requests for a 1-month subscription will not be accepted." The plan you can leave after a month is the one you cannot get money back on, and the refundable one asks for a year up front: $239.88 for Starter at the yearly price Vidnoz showed on October 21, 2026.

Credits do not wait for you either. The FAQ says "No, the unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period", and add-on credit packages expire at the end of the current cycle, on monthly and yearly plans alike.

Trustpilot: 2.1 out of 5, split at the ends

Trustpilot showed Vidnoz at 2.1 out of 5, rated "Poor", from 82 reviews on October 22, 2026, the same figures as our October 21 reading. The split is stark:

  • 45% of reviews give one star and 37% give five; the other 18% sit between.
  • Only 20 of the 82 arrived in the last 12 months.
  • Vidnoz claimed the profile in May 2024 and had replied to 73% of its negative reviews.

G2 and Capterra blocked our fetchers on both days, so we give no score for them.

Numbers that change from page to page

Vidnoz's own pages disagree on the size of its library, so treat any single count as a rough guide. The homepage says 140+ languages, while the Product Avatar page says the tool "supports over 100 languages".

What a 30-Second Product Avatar Ad Uses

Credits per second, then dollars per ad

Vidnoz's pricing FAQ bills each feature by the second. Video Generation, a standard avatar video, is "0.5 credits per 1s" with a 1-credit minimum; Product Avatar and Expressive Avatar are "2 credits per 1s" with a 2-credit minimum. Its plan prices are drawn in by script, so we read them in a browser with both billing toggles and in the price list the page loads, on October 21, 2026; the same list came back unchanged on October 22 for a connection Vidnoz placed in Spain. All figures are in US dollars:

  • Starter, 450 credits a month: $19.99 a month billed yearly ($239.88 a year), or $26.99 billed monthly. Starter also comes in 300 (yearly only), 900 and 1,800-credit sizes.
  • Business, 900 credits a month: $56.99 a month billed yearly ($683.88 a year), or $74.99 billed monthly.
Plan, billingPer credit30 s Product Avatar30 s standard avatar
Starter, yearly$0.044$2.6767 cents
Starter, monthly$0.060$3.6090 cents
Business, yearly$0.063$3.8095 cents
Business, monthly$0.083$5.00$1.25

The arithmetic: a 30-second Product Avatar ad is 2 × 30 = 60 credits, so on Starter billed yearly it costs $19.99 ÷ 450 × 60 = $2.67. Starter's 450 credits cover 225 seconds of Product Avatar video a month: seven 30-second ads, with 30 credits left over.

The 10-credit line the pricing page leaves out

One line we could not settle without an account. The site config that Vidnoz's pages load lists a 10-credit "generate_product_avatar" action beside the 2-credit-a-second video rate. If that is the charge for building the image of the presenter holding your product, each Product Avatar ad costs 70 credits rather than 60, $3.11 on Starter billed yearly, and a Starter month covers six 30-second ads, not seven.

Who Vidnoz Fits, and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Use Vidnoz when:

  • You need plenty of talking-presenter video on a small budget: a Starter month covers 15 minutes of standard avatar video.
  • You want a product in a presenter's hand from one photo, with no shoot and no custom presenter to build first.
  • The same team makes training, explainer or translated videos, where SCORM export and the translator earn their place.
  • You want to try it first and can live with a watermark and 720P downloads while you do.

Look elsewhere when:

  • You pay monthly and want a way to get your money back: only yearly plans carry the 7-day refund.
  • You need long product-in-hand ads in volume: at 2 credits a second, a Starter month is 225 seconds of Product Avatar video.
  • You need more than one free 15-second clip a day to judge the realism before you commit.
  • Public ratings weigh on your choice: 45% of Vidnoz's Trustpilot reviews give one star.

If Vidnoz is not the fit, our roundup of Vidnoz alternatives matches seven tools to the job each does best, and our HeyGen review covers a spokesperson-avatar tool the same way.

How Novoads Makes the Same Talking Product Ad

Our run: a 6-second Spanish serum line

On October 21, 2026 we made a talking-actor clip through the Novoads connector. The library actor Nadia, hair wrapped in a towel in a bedroom, says a 6-second Spanish line about a serum in the library voice Agustina: "Dos semanas con este sérum y por fin mi piel se ve despierta. Tres gotas a la noche, y listo." (Two weeks with this serum and my skin finally looks awake. Three drops at night, and done.) It came back in 81 seconds, word for word against a local Whisper transcript that picked out Spanish on its own. It cost 200 credits at 720p, because Novoads bills a talking actor per started minute and a 6-second clip still starts one.

Four frames from a 6-second Spanish Novoads talking-actor clip: a woman with her hair wrapped in a towel talks to her phone camera in a bedroom about a serum Talking actor · library actor Nadia says a 6-second Spanish line about a serum in the library voice Agustina, made through the Novoads connector · 200 credits at 720p · rendered 2026-10-21

What the run does not show: Nadia's hands are empty. A stock talking actor in Novoads does not hold your product, so the product-in-hand job takes one of the two routes below.

What the same ad costs on each side

Novoads bills a talking actor by the started minute: 200 credits at 720p, or 100 at 480p. A 30-second talking ad at 720p is $9.80 of credits on the Plus plan ($49 for 1,000 credits). On Starter, $15 for 200 credits a month, it uses the whole month.

Vidnoz is cheaper per 30-second talking ad. Its Product Avatar ad uses 60 credits, $2.67 to $5.00 depending on plan and billing, against $9.80 for ours at 720p. Two things change the comparison as ads get longer or lighter:

  • One to 60 seconds cost Novoads the same 200 credits, while Vidnoz's Product Avatar doubles to 120 credits for a full minute.
  • 480p halves ours to 100 credits, $4.90 at the Plus rate, for anything up to a minute.
Talking product ad30 seconds60 seconds
Vidnoz Product Avatar, Starter yearly$2.67$5.33
Vidnoz Product Avatar, Starter monthly$3.60$7.20
Novoads talking actor, 720p, Plus$9.80$9.80
Novoads talking actor, 480p, Plus$4.90$4.90

Two more Novoads facts belong in this math. Starter, at $15 a month for 200 credits, is billed monthly only. And top-up credits, bought from the Billing tab while a plan is active, last 90 days, while plan credits reset at each renewal, as Vidnoz's do.

Two routes to a product in the actor's hand

  • A custom actor. Upload a photo of someone holding your product (Create Actor, then Upload) and Novoads turns the picture into a talking actor, the photo-to-avatar route applied to your product. It bills at the same talking-actor rate.
  • A Discover product template. Novoads swaps your uploaded product into a template creator's hand, then renders a 15-second Seedance 2.0 clip. The clip is priced like any Seedance 2.0 clip, 68 credits for 15 seconds at 720p, plus the image edit, and the Recreate button shows the total before you run it.

What else the same credits buy

A talking actor is one of several models in Novoads. For the product shots and b-roll around a talking ad, these are the clip prices at the Plus rate:

ModelClipCreditsAt the Plus rate
Seedance 2.0 Mini15 s, 720p15about 74 cents
Kling v3 Pro15 s30$1.47
Omni Flash8 s, 720p24$1.18
Google Veo 3.14 to 8 s, flat72$3.53

Seedance 2.0 Mini runs 1 credit a second at 720p, so a Starter month alone buys 200 seconds of it.

For testimonial-style ads, the format a talking presenter with a product serves best, the Novoads testimonial video page shows how to cast testimonials for each audience segment and in each market's language, and our testimonial ad examples break down the beats that persuade.

The Per-Second Meter Is the Review

Vidnoz's Product Avatar is built for the job ad buyers ask of it, a presenter holding the product made from one photo, at $2.67 to $5.00 per 30-second ad at the prices it showed on October 21, 2026. What it does not hand you is proof: the realism is Vidnoz's word, monthly plans carry no refund, and its Trustpilot reviews split hard. Read the meter before you judge the hands, and make the free daily clip with your own product before you pay for a year.

If a minute-long talking ad matters more to you than the cheapest 30 seconds, price the same script in Novoads.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Vidnoz legit?

Vidnoz is a working product with public terms: a dated newsroom, a pricing page that bills each feature by the second, and written refund rules (7 days on yearly plans, none on monthly plans, read October 22, 2026). Its users are split, though. Trustpilot showed 2.1 out of 5 from 82 reviews on October 22, 2026, with 45% of them one-star and 37% five-star. Read the refund line before you pay for a year.

Is Vidnoz good for video ads?

It is good at one ad job: a presenter holding your product, made from one product photo and an avatar template. Its pricing page bills that at 2 credits a second (read October 21 and 22, 2026), so a 30-second Product Avatar ad uses 60 credits, $2.67 on Starter billed yearly. The realism of the hands and lip-sync is Vidnoz's own claim, not an independent test, so make one free 15-second Product Avatar clip with your own product first.

Is Vidnoz free?

Vidnoz has a free plan: videos up to 3 minutes, 720P downloads and a Vidnoz watermark, plus one free 15-second Product Avatar video a day according to its Product Avatar page. The daily credit allowance depends on the country Vidnoz places you in: its site config gave 0 credits a day to a connection it placed in Panama on October 21, 2026, and 30 to one it placed in Spain on October 22. The Starter plan, at its default 450 credits a month, was $19.99 a month billed yearly or $26.99 billed monthly on October 21, 2026.

What is the best AI video maker for ads?

There is no single best one: match the tool to the ad you run most. For a presenter holding your product, built from one product photo, Vidnoz's Product Avatar is made for that job. For UGC-style ads tested across several video models, a tool that puts talking actors and Seedance, Kling and Veo clips in one account fits better, which is how Novoads is built. Our Vidnoz alternatives roundup compares seven tools by the job each one does best.

Key Takeaways

  • Vidnoz's Product Avatar turns one product photo and an avatar template into a presenter holding your item, by Vidnoz's own description, and its page shows the same four steps it showed in July 2025.
  • Product Avatar video costs 2 credits a second, four times a standard avatar video, so a 30-second Product Avatar ad uses 60 credits: $2.67 on Starter billed yearly or $3.60 billed monthly, at the prices Vidnoz showed on October 21, 2026.
  • The free plan caps videos at 3 minutes, downloads at 720P and adds a watermark, and its daily credit allowance changes with the country Vidnoz places you in.
  • Only yearly plans can be refunded, within 7 days; unused credits do not roll over; and Trustpilot showed 2.1 out of 5 from 82 reviews on October 22, 2026.
  • A Novoads talking actor costs more per 30 seconds (200 credits, $9.80 on Plus), but the same 200 credits cover a full minute, and 480p halves it.
